I just want to share this information and hopefully inspire someone. 

Part of my workout last night consisted of 11 consecutive minutes (between  500-600) of side-straddle hops (jumping jacks) and I closed-out by running a 6:20 one-miler. I swim between 2-3 miles a day and focus on HIT/circuit training 5 x week.

At 52, I feel rejuvenated. I have incorporated natural juices (beets, celery, lemon, ginger, kale, cucumber and pineapple). I also take a pre-workout plant based protein with added BCAAs (collagen) and green tea (the #1 superfood). 

I supplement 250 mcg of magnesium (citrate) nightly as recovery and as critical component of the ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), which is your cell's main energy source.

Besides nutrition, daily contact with nature is also critical to rejuvenation. We need to discharge our bodies from toxins and electromagnetic overload. This can be achieved by bare contact with your preferred atmosphere without any electronics on your person. In addition, contact with nature is good for meditation and peace of mind.
