Whoever said he could possibly become a pocket passer is confused, IMO. That’s what ZW is, just because he can run doesn’t making him a running QB. Not too confusing
He’s not a running QB but he likes to move and scramble a little. He can improvise more out of the pocket, which is what he likes to do. I hope he learns to stay in the pocket a bit better for his longevity

If there’s one game I’d want to see Flacco start, it’s against the Ravens

I still don't understand why Zach tried to cut back instead of heading out of bounds?
Cause he got that dawg in him

I don't get all the hubub. Pretty much everyone agrees that Zach was better when he came back from injury last season and now after the 2nd injury, it's a multiplicative effect so he'll be even better. Good call by Joe D and Saleh telling him not to slide so he can get better after injury sooner this year. They're playing 84D chess while you guys are playing checkers.
P.V.O.
He’s like a Saiyan. Every time he gets beat down and loses, he gets stronger.

Just now, Joe W. Namath said:Guys, there is no "If" here. Zach blew his knee out. It was clear as day.
This is just unbelievable.

Well, if Mike White is playing, I’m drafting Breece Hall and Michael Carter with my first two picks

Let’s risk our franchise QB to find out what we have at RT

Who the hell could be mad at this? You have to be a bonafide incel who needs to get out more to be salty about this lol. Even Twitter is hyped about Zach over this. Let’s lighten up, jeez!

Agree on everything except the Flacco thing. I hate when teams expect veterans to be quasi coaches. We saw that with marky mark and Brunnell. It’s the coaches job to coach not anyone else, if they can’t do the job then find someone who can, which it looks like the team did this year.
Well it's better than the alternative.

Newsflash. Some take it to another level. Mevi$ was the most mercenary player in Jets history. It's not even close. I have been a fan for almost 60 years and there has never been a player more absorbed with his contract than Mevi$. He either threatened a hold out or held out every single season of his NFL career. There are many players that have contract disputes in their careers. Players also try to get as much money as possible. The issue with Mevi$ is that he had to be the highest paid CB year after year and if he wasn't because somebody got a bigger contract after he signed his contract, he immediately became unhappy and started his renegotiation campaign. The analogy would be Mahomes holding out this summer because Watson just became the highest paid QB. That's not going to happen. But if Mahomes was Revi$, he'd be threatening a hold out as we speak. It was exhausting and annoying and detrimental to the team.
I mean, you're either a mercenary or you're not

Mevi$ was a mercenary and he just trying to get back the hush money he paid to cover the incident in Pittsburg up.
Newsflash: All players are mercenaries.

Yes he was. For the level of talent though I felt he could have been much more. He certainly made enough money where I’m sure that doesn’t matter all that much to him.
Maybe, but that's the story for like half the great players in our franchise's history.

So can any great players be a Jet if they wanted? Even if they stole the teams money for two years - or won a Super Bowls with rivals. Where's the line?
What if he was here for only two years? Great Jet?
What if the last four years he was here he played Ole' rather than trying to tackle - instead of the two years he did it.
The man sh*t on this franchise - and people want to glorify for it.
You choose to want to glorify him - I say good for you. But please do NOT tell me to grow up because I don't agree with you.
He was a top 5 player in our franchise's history. That's how I judge it. You can scrutinize or obsess over every detail like a scorned girlfriend, but the facts are, he was elite and a great Jet. Everything else is just childish bullsh*t. Grow up.
