Back in my day there were really only two receivers that got significant targets. The Jets used to run their passing game through Toon and Walker. Mickey Shuler, Freemen McNeil, and Johnny Hector also got a ton of targets. I think the Jets need tight ends and backs who can catch out of the backfield. I like this Tevin Coleman.

Wilson was more athletic, but Kenny could throw from a lot of different arm angles as well. Kotite did a good job with Kenny early in his career. Bombs away to Wesley Walker!

Kotite was a really good offensive coach. I think his offense would be perfect for Wilson. Zach and Kenny O have similar skill sets.

By 1991 a lot of the great 80s Jets were long in the tooth so he’d be joining a rebuilding team. That said, Favre throwing bombs to Rob Moore would have been fun.

Rich Kotite wasn’t a terrible hire. He was a really good OC with the Jets.

Still waiting for Sanchez, Geno, Hackenberg, Petty, and Darnold to make the year 2 jump.
