    Can’t deny Douglas had a sound plan (unlike McCagnan and Tannenbaum), but so do Idzik. It’s all dependent on Wilson and his draft picks working out (along with Saleh).

    Joe Douglas traded Jamal Adams and Sam Darnold for 2 firsts (including a top 10 pick), 1 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. What a heist.

    If I had to guess Darnold wins the job. Mayfield is probably the slightly better QB, but they invested way more in Darnold.

    Cousins doesn’t turn the ball over. I think Jones will be more like Baker Mayfield. That was my comp for him coming out.

    That’s the media narrative of him, but I thought he regressed pretty badly in the final 6 weeks of the season (and playoffs). The kid started turning the ball over a lot. He won’t last up there if that continues.

    A player who is elite at both offense and defense. Maybe a TE and LB or CB and RB.

    I was done with Saleh after seeing the team lay a massive egg in New England coming off a bye week. That was all I needed to to see to realize that the Jets are never winning a championship with this guy.
