  1. Happy Birthday. Pats suck.

  2. I'm sorry to hear this. I know I don't post much here, but I felt that this tragedy deserved my $0.02. As much as I don't like the Yankees, my heart goes out to them in this time of mourning. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family as well. RIP Cory! From what I've been hearing, he was a good man. What a shame.
  3. I believe that game cost Dennis Ericson his job as HC as well. I remember watching that game, and thinking, WTF. That wasn't even close. Instant replay debate was brought to the forefront.
  4. They won in the playoffs by slinging it. Have to say he's the real deal. Provincetown. HA!
  5. Catalonotto is also a Red Sox killer. Yank fans would definately love him. Does he replace Shef though?
  6. Prok, I don't remember those Steeler teams of the '70s. Too young so I'm not a good authority on the issue. However, from what I've seen on NFL films and from my father, they were nasty. It would be a good game, IMO.
  7. You homer! Best team ever? When I hear that question, the first thing that comes to mind is the '85 Bears. SB XX was a long day/night at my house, to say the least.
  8. I just heard that on ESPNews. OOgie gave me about 35 heart attacks in the 2002 season with the Sox, and I'm only 30.
  9. As much as I hate him because he's a Yankeee, I have always had the utmost respect for Jeter, as a Red Sox fan. I must go wash my mouth out now. Seriously, if money were no object, I'd rather have Jeter on my team than 6-4-3 Renteria and/or A-Rod, if I were given the option.
  10. Last time I checked, 3 of the last 4 WS Champions were Wild Card teams. That 3 out of 4 thing sounds familiar. Now where have I seen or heard that before. Hmmm.... Note: I fixed your grammatical errors. They were hurting my eyes.
  11. #24, Terry "Taz" O'Reilly. I'm a little biased though, but he was great. What about Chris Nilan?
  12. We don't like you either. The '86 Celtics were the best team, ALL TIME, PERIOD! And what's with these kids today anyway!
  13. Yawn. My calender says 5/27/05. Lots of baseball left to be played for your old, overpaid, tired pitching and bullpen. Manny, Renteria, and Ortiz haven't even started hitting yet. Wade Miller will be just fine, Clement has been solid (despite that everytime he pitches the game lasts 5 hrs), Wake is Wake, and I'm confident that Wells will get his fat ass in line. Arroyo has been solid, he's allowed to have a bad game, but his defense killed him in his last start. I'm not gonna jump off the Tobin Bridge just yet. As soon as Tito gets his head out of his ass and sits sub
