  1. Interesting thread. Maxman picked 13 games. A bit perverted, um, inverted! 2.5 games would have been a difficult number to arrive @. Nobody picked three!!! And to see Fiedler get smacked in the same game....amazing!
  2. I recall prior to the season starting, someone was talking about a Pennington injury pool. Was one actually ever begun? I'm sorry to hear that the competition for the Pats just got a bit easier int the AFC East. Now everyone will see how Edwards can manage the injury bug on this team.(Clearing throat).
  3. That looks more like a c#$%k ring! 8)

  5. I'm hoping Pats fans laugh all the way to the Super bowl...again! And win!!!!!!!...Again!

  7. I've been to one only once. I liked the food but I thought the service was poor. For the price, they should have waiters and waitresses. But I did stay at a Holiday Express last night!

  11. Ah yes, The Great One! Everyone passed on Brady multiple times! Even for BB, it wasn't a sure thing until the QB coach,( who is now deceased), lobbied for Brady to be drafted in the sixth round. Or something like that. 8) I believe What makes Brady good, is, his willingness to acknowledge weaknesses, improve upon those weaknesses, coupled with a strong desire to win. Bledsoe never bothered improving his game...and it shows! I hope Parcells keeps his boot right in his backside.

  15. Highway miles are much less damaging to a vehicle than the stop and go driving done within a city. Toyotas and Nissan trucks frequently last for a few hundred thousand miles if properly maintained. Rust usually takes its toll here in the Northeast before the engine fails. My Nissan is a five speed standard transmission so I have that much less crap to deal with as opposed to an automatic with the cooling lines, automatic fluid and filter, blah, blah ,blah....I'm not at all joking,I plan on getting at least two hundred thousand outta this truck.`
