  1. LT is going to be nothing more than a versatile back who can catch coming out of the backfield. He still has the ability to break one every now and then. Nothing wrong with that.
  2. http://asp.usatoday.com/sports/football/nfl/salaries/default.aspx That should answer all of your questions.
  3. I'm rooting for the Jets but I will not be disappointed by a loss.
  4. What else do we need to offer? Bottom line is most every FA goes to the team offering a dollar more. The key is identifying and signing FA's who fit the system and aren't washed up.
  5. Even more reason to build up the offensive line so that we can run the ball, control the clock, and keep our D and their O on the bench.
  6. Read it again, he didn't lose a penny. He still gets the $10Mil just under another format. So, he gets the ring, and gets rich!
  7. It just goes to show his character that he would curse out the new coach who he has never met before. If you're not interested in playing for the team anymore, at least be a man and tell the coach instead of crying like a baby. Somebody needs to slap his do-rag right off his head and maybe knock some sense into him.

NET YARDS RUSHING 70 enough said.
  9. It's pretty obvious to me where we lack, we can't run the ball, and we can't stop the run. My wish list: -Run blocking RG/RT -Feature running back -Run stopping DT We ran for about 70 yards today, NE had about 160. If you can run, you can: -control the clock -keep your defense rested -demoralize the opposing defense -open up the passing game This doesn't need to be done through free agency, but the draft as well.
  10. We're gonna blow the game on a mental error play.
  11. Don't forget that the new CBA allows teams to receive a 'credit' towards next year's cap for the unused portion of this year's cap. The opposite is also true, team's will receive a 'penalty' if they go over the cap.
  12. Grogan you're making Hazleton look bad, not that that's too hard though... Nugent 24/27 18 in a row Stephen Gostkowski 20/26
  13. Actually as it stands now, the Giants are the #6 seed in the NFC. They are a win and in team.
  14. Oh my........the times, they are a changing..
  15. It turns out that as a cornerback, he's a pretty good return man. I agree that he has all the physical skills, but being a good CB involves anticipation of your opponent and tons of studying film. It takes time, hopefully we'll see a quantum leap in the near future.
  16. Hey apparently I've discovered that I have a girlfriend. I haven't heard from her since early Sept, and at 1PM I noticed that she was sitting next to me on the couch! Imagine that?
  17. Can we add their records?? Tennessee 2-5 Arizona 1-7 Tampa Bay 2-5
  18. I think that cats puke just as normally as they eat, drink, and poop. If I could only train mine to do it in the kitchen, instead of off of the side of the couch, down the cushions, and into my shoes.

  20. Jets | Blaylock on the trade block Sun, 15 Oct 2006 10:05:03 -0700 Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports New York Jets RB Derrick Blaylock is available at the trade deadline. Seeing as how L Washington is stepping up, Barlow backing him up, and C Houston showing flashes, this makes sense to get some value for a position player who just isn't going to get the carries anymore.
  21. Patriots | Team works out Testaverde Tue, 26 Sep 2006 17:57:01 -0700 Tom Curran, of NBCSports.com, reports the New England Patriots worked out free agent QB Vinny Testaverde (Jets) Tuesday, Sept. 26. WHY??
  22. No I don't know anything about his family, so that is why the thought was brought forward. You should go back and read my post, I don't remember trying to 'imply' why he was driving the truck. Also, I never judged him. I simply said what I would do in that situation. I do have siblings, and if it were me, I would have a hard time enjoying $20M while they were out working a 9-5 everyday. Anyway, I'll always say what's on my mind whether it's good or bad, it's just a discussion no need to take it personally dude.
