  7. just realized aso is 30 (granted he just turned 30)which would be the same age woodson was when the packers signed him, that seemed to turn out pretty good for them. however they didnt have a revis on there team already. the jets need to get an answer out of this guy. the longer he waits to make a decision means we lose out on more players if we rejects us. my guy feeling is that we should just say screw aso and sign edwards,cro, and maybe ellis.

  11. the pizza hut nearest me runs a buffet lunch during the week, its really cheap under 10 bucks even with a drink. they have all types of pizza, bread sticks, ziti, and some sort of dessert.
  12. no carbs while dieting is overated, i would say you would be fine as long as you didnt have them past 6-8 PM and cut back A LITTLE and did a healthy amount of cardio.
  13. its fine to eat at fast food places as long as you eat healthy otherwise. stay away from soda at all costs, i drink water or juice with all my meals regardless of what it is. if you are somewhat active it really is not that big of a deal to eat out once a week or so. for those of you trying to lose weight the key is diet, you can do hours of cardio a day and not change your poor diet and the results will be minimal. i reccommend eating healthy (i personally do not shy away from carbs when i diet) and do about an hour of cardio about 5 times a week.

  18. 40 minutes seems like awhile but you`ll thank yourself after you do it trust me.
  19. what are injecting into your butt that you went up 10 pounds in curls in a week?
  20. when you workout increase the reps....dont do any excerise under 12 reps per set. people who want to look more cut do more reps as opposed to people who want to bulk do fewer reps and more weight. for example...1 set 15 reps, 2nd set 12 reps, 3rd set 12 reps. if you have only 40 minutes to work out a day, i would just devote one whole day of the 40 minutes to do cardio on its own. cardio and diet is key when your trying to look "cut". you need to shred the fat to get the lean look. as me if you have any more questions.
  21. i am also begining to tune up the body for the beach in the summer, laying in bed thinking of all the things i cant eat i came up with my three step system...D.D.D...kind of lame but it helps lol... i`ll probably have one more big pig out (SB sunday and maybe on my birthday ) but after that i plan on punishing myself until june/july. Diet-eat healthy, only drink water,juices etc. what you eat is so imporant for a situation like this. Dedication- dont start what you cant finish..keep on training...no matter how miserable you are, the reward will come if you stick to it. Discipline- resist urges to order that large pizza, maybe treat yourself once in awhile. ask me any questions about training/diet and i`ll do my best to answer them.
