  1. I'm looking forward to it as well. And I'm stoked that Spike Jonze directed it....should be good.
  2. The first two were really "kiddish" and for a younger crowd. But since the third one they've been getting darker and more for the older crowd. They're still kids movies based off of kid books, but the quality of the movies have gone up since the third, IMO. And as for complaining that the actors are too old to play HS students, just look at most of the high school movies out there, majority of the actors/actresses are in their 20's as well (except for disney, they love to put kids to work). Seeing this movie probably on monday.
  3. Given that it's 2.5 hours of explosions and fight scenes, I liked it. Yeah, it plot had some problems, there was a lot of things that bugged me, and my eardrums hurt, but it was what is was, an all out battle of robots.
  4. WOW. JUST WOW. Two needed winds (Us and Brazil) AND a 6 goal difference swing......WTF? Who saw that coming? GO USA!!!!!!!!
  5. Wow, that loss to Brazil was just embarrassing....How do you get scored on off of a cornerkick for YOU?
  6. Black 1990 Ford Escort GT. Cracked the back floorboard bottoming out on my dirt road, so whenever it rained my backseat floor filled with water. Woot.
  7. I liked the book, but considering the movie was nothing like the book, I was alittle pissed.
  8. Wow, people that watch burn notice too. I started watching it because of bruce campbell and the incredibly hot chick. But the story is pretty good. Season starts June 4th! Fiona last season was waaaaay too skinny, she looked like an anorexic coke fiend. But still hot.
  9. Pixar is GOLD...They can do no wrong. I love everyone of their movies. Name another production company where every movie they make is great. Especially kids movies...It's so hard to make a kids movie that everyone can enjoy without going dirty or having sexual innuedos throughout it (aka Shrek). I'm going to go see it this week. Glad to hear it was awesome.
  10. Wow, that was awesome. If I could sit and have a beer with any two actors they would def be Bruce Campbell and Christopher Walken.
  11. This coming from someone who has "It's Always Sunny in Philly" as his picture. Talk about no story or comprehensible plot line. (By the way I love both Napoleon and Its Always Sunny in Philly.)
  12. http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2009/05/22/****er-spaniel-aggressive.html I think we should exterminate every ****er spaniel out there....... Link doesn't work because it has "c0cker" in it, oh well.
  13. Front page of espn.com/nfl...............hahhahahahahahahaha. So when we beat them this year how bad is he going to cry?
  14. And by the way I'm babysitting my friends pitbull while they are out of town. This dog has had a rough life. Its been abused, beaten, and even thrown from a moving car. But its one of the sweetest dogs I know. Just like any dog (or person) that's been through such emotional wreakage, you have to be careful (such as keeping it on a leash, etc), but that would be the same if it was a lab, or any dog that could do physical damage to someone. Even through all its been through its a sweetheart. If you talked to anyone thats been around many breeds from many different types of raising situations they will tell you the same thing, its the owner and the raising of the dog creates what type of dog it'll be. Too bad many terrible horrible owners pick pits because of their image.
  15. I agree with the people who've mentioned that if you take a pit puppy and a lab puppy and raise them in loving god well trained homes they will turn out as amazing dogs. But if you take those same dogs and put them in homes they raise them as aggressive, guarding, violent dogs they will be dangerouse pets. The thing is the first loving owner might pick lab because the stigmata on the pit but the last harsher owner will most likely always pick the pit for the very same reason. If you wipe out pits, those types of owners are only going to move to another breed of dog. Reps to Verde and Ecurb.
  16. Yes, pitbulls were bred for violence...But thats the thing. The reason you don't see golden labs in the news paper for mauling kids is because people still get pitbulls for their fighting past. Pitbulls can be very sweet and loving dogs, but they have to have the right owners. If a ton of people got golden lab puppies and raised them to be guard dogs, protecting dogs, and fighting dogs, you would see a huge increase in golden lab attacks...but those types of people don't get labs, they get pitbulls/rotts and dobbermans. So then those types of dogs get a bad rap. Ever owner of one of those types of dogs needs to understand that they need to raise their pet right, because their biological body and build is made for fighting (and winning), but don't let some dip**** owners who didn't take care of their dog affect how you see the rest of the breed.
  17. Definitely agree. After I saw him in that I had to give him credit as an amazing actor. And he went from filming that (being somewhere around 120 lb looking like a skeleton) to Batman Begins and being ripped.
  18. I'll be there. Three seats in UR 56. Not as far drive for me though, 4 hours from Lake Tahoe...
  19. Somehow the AFC West is our kryptonite....sheesh. Losses to Broncos, Chargers, Raiders and barely won against the Chiefs (thanks to Herm). WTF?
  20. Funny story. Went wakeboarding yesterday, and found out on the way there that my friend's dad (who owned the boat) was a dolphins fanatic. His truck was painted Dolphins colors, stickers and emblems everywhere. So on the way back I convinced my friend that I had put a Jets sticker somewhere on the boat. I bet his dad is tearing apart the boat right now looking for it. hahaha, I'll call him tomorrow and tell him I was lying. I feel bad, but whatever.
  21. 26...as of two days ago....still recovering from my birthday....ugggh.
  22. haha, awesome, thanks! My roommates and I are going snowboarding. One of the resorts where I live is opening up today with one run. yeah!
  23. I have to blame it on our general rules of society and the whole concept or view of "get your own." Thing have always been that way, but there was a underlining aspect of treating everyone with dignity and/or respect. Thats slowly fading away and that just leaves the whole "do whats best for you, or makes you feel better, no matter what it costs the guy next to you." It sucks.
