Thank god social media didn’t exist when I was in college. In those days if you did something completely idiotic, your friends, acquaintances, and if it was really bad maybe your neighborhood knew about it. I’d be unemployable today if I had a Facebook account when I was 20.
I concur, best to let the tree fall silently in the forest.

You're the one calling somebody a petulant child for disagreeing with your ideal of 'piling on', and you have referenced it in multiple threads at this point. You're using the exact same argument techniques. Doesn't matter if you have more data to back you up, calling somebody part of 'psychosis' or 'petulant child' makes both parties look bad.

Gotta give the kid a path out of the cornfield, plus who wants morbid Joe out there

Yes but it was a ping pong hit, bounced off of K Rhodes first

I think Bam is going to be damn good. He is hungry and talented, if MLF can utilize him to the apex of his strengths, he can be great.
Hopefully Breece comes back and is what he was, we could be set for awhile.

I picked D-line, because they gelled into a major force to be reckoned with this season.
There are multiple positions that have played beyond my expectations though, most notable is the O-line, with the rash of injuries they have been sustaining. It's good to see there is hope of a solid future with the depth we have.

I hated seeing Carter fumble, too
But this is taking things too far
Perine moves like molasses and is out the league, I think, and Coleman is barely hanging on with the 9ers
Perine is on the Dolphins I believe. He wasn't super fast, no, but he held on to the ball. Would've been a good goal line/short yardage back. Averaged almost 4ypc and had decent hands.

It would be one thing if he drafted guys who were fragile in college. But I don't think that's the case here. Injuries can happen to anyone in the NFL.
Exactly

this board is obsessed with QB (and rightly so) but the bigger story is the JD invested enough money to make this the league's 2nd most expensive offensive line and they are injury riddled and terrible. I have had them 27th going into BUF game, worse with Remmers in the game, and they never got above 22nd all year (even with AVT balling out)
everyone talks about JD's draft hits but his draft misses of Becton, Wilson are crippling the team, as is the injury to AVT and the picture above paying Joe Flacco any amount of money to play QB is a joke
I don't blame injuries on JD, not sure how anyone could.

Agree . Hall is going to need some time to get going next year and Bam Knight should be the guy who can let him ease into coming back not Carter. I was pretty harsh on Carter last year for the first 6 games or so but even then he didn't become a factor until we started throwing him the ball more when MW came in but his running was never really inspiring and at times it was terrible. I promise in this offense if he keeps missing blocking assignments he's going to get benched before getting the QB killed like he almost did a few times today along with terrible running and a critical Fumble.
I would've rather kept Perine or Coleman
-
It's still a possibility, but I'm not factoring a playoff run into my schedule. We lost too many good players and have questions at OC,QB,WR,RB
-
Been saying MLF isnt good for awhile now. There's no way this offense can become something powerful with him pulling the strings
