3. Finality of the moment. Going into the game, I felt like whichever team lost was going to go through the longest offseason of the players' lives. The Patriots are starting that process today.....I like this part best !

I do not like it...but no way do I want him to fail...I have been a Jet fan 41 years...I need to win again...but what I see is a College QB who makes his best throws always on the move....I do not think he can do that in the NFL with a 4.93 -40...I think 300 lb 4.7 D linemen will eat him up...but I hope I have never been more wrong in my life...an if I am I will step up and say it...he seems like a good guy..and I think he is serious about working hard...only time will tell...

Every year there is talk about a "franchise QB " and for two weeks there have been reports about all the great QBs over the last 25 years that had that tag and where major bust ! The two this year are coming out early...one more reason why I do not want to chase that dream....we would have to give up too much...we took Vernon Gholston at #6 last year...that may have been a mistake...but at least we did not have to give up the draft for him...at #30 we moved up for Keller...I love it now but hated it then...but 26 picks later we got a player in Keller...that was more productive in 1 game than Gholston was all year...at #36...the pick we traded to GB...they got the guy I wanted...Jordy Nelson...he did not do so bad either...you never know where the gem is....the draft IS about quantity...the more picks you have..the better your chance is to find quality...you need all the chances you can get to find it...do not reduce our chances by giving up multi picks to chase a single dream...that history has proven..could end up a nightmare...

I will have a keg of beer...the NFL net work and ESPN going...I will be on a Jet site...and I will be right at home...having a Blast...until pick #17...after that...I do not know what my mood will be...

I never thought we would have so many questions going into the draft...I did not think we would have an RB issue with TJ..I also thought we would keep Coles for one more year...So now what....WR-RB-QB....???...I am ok with RB in the first...but I want Kenny Britt...we can still get a nice WR at two...but please not a QB...that will cost a load of $$$$$$$$$..and the player will still need to deveolpe...I see that setting us back...we have to see what we have in Clemens and Ratliff...but as both of you point out...that makes it fun...at least we do not have to worry about a team taking Pat White in the 1st !
