  1. LOL. I love that flick. Brooks is one of my comedy idols from the 70s. His early short films, some which appeared on the early days of SNL, inspired me toward screenwriting. If you haven't seen it, check out Real Life from 1979. So ahead of its time.
  2. Several great lines in this masterwork of a scene from Ernest Borgnine. Line I want to highlight starts at approx. 1:40.
  3. Always liked the tune. Great job on the choice of username.
  4. Good one. Arnie made his name on an endless array of great/goofy lines. This one from Commando (approx. :17) always makes me laugh. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkQl3tJYyC0
  5. ***NSFW*** LOL. I use this one a lot, too.
  6. I hope he stays. Always enjoyed contributions from numerically named posters.
  7. I quote this one almost weekly. Great life, I lead. LOL. ***NSFW***
  8. The other evening, my wife and I started mentioning great lines from classic movies. Every great flick has at least one. Thought it might be fun to list as many as we can or until we get bored, which might be pretty quick. First line is an obvious one:
  9. Please refer to Ozzie Newsom's phone call to the Jets, circa January 18, 2009, after Baltimore's loss to the Steelers.
  10. As I recall, written about Jerry Cantrell's Dad. Amazing tune. RIP, Layne.
  11. As is a delightfully lubricated vaginal canal.

  14. Best wishes for an awesome day with your families. And for all the Dads who are no longer with us, we'll never forget what you meant in/to our lives.
  15. From Sabbath's recently released record, 13. Tony can still rock the riffs. My problem with the album is Ozzy's vocals, which IMO are sub-par. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8grID7sYkc
  16. I really am sitting here chuckling. Very well phrased. Agreed, BTW.
