stormshadow19
Was a solid pick Smiz. Gotta keep the defense strong.
YJF
I just PMe'd The Warfish. The player, I thought he was going to take. Waiting to see if one of you guys take him.
YJF
I really like Erasmus James.(Not the washington pick, I had in mind) Only question with James and SD is, Can he play DE in The 3-4 or OLB. Because that's where he'd have to go.
stormshadow19
Here comes the run on DE's. The last four picks have been, right? Merriman, Pollack, James, and Spears, right?
Green Jets & Ham
Someone's gettin cocky  I Gotta be careful ... don't wanna piss off your peers to the point where they look to zap you Sorry Guys, much love and much respect ... now keep your filthy paws off my players

The Troll
Unfortunately, Riggins picks before me. Thus the chances of getting the guy I want are 0%.
YJF
Nice pick by TX. Texans could look at a few other areas too but Spears makes sense from a 3-4 prospective. Texans are really confusing me lately. They are trying to deal both their inside linebackers in Sharper and Foreman and they overpaid big time for Morlon Greenwood. Who is a poor mans Bobby Houston. Texans are really confusing me lately. They are trying to deal both their inside linebackers in Sharper and Foreman and they overpaid big time for Morlon Greenwood. Who is a poor mans Bobby Houston. Right on YJF. Spears versatility make him a good fit for the Texans who need big help on the D-line. I have no idea what they are thinking about Sharper and Foreman. I'd love to see the Pats make a run at Sharper. The guy has always impressed me watching him play.
RSJ
I agree that was a nice pick Tx. Perfect fit for the Texans.
RSJ
I was going to say the same thing. Parcells would stand him up in the 3-4, where I think he's best suited anyway. That's what I was thinking too. I don't want to go too much into detail about my thoughts and reasoning because I don't want to give away my second pick. I will explain it all when I'm done with my second pick. RichardSeymour
On my pick of Benson: I STRONGLY considered Merriman but IMO Benson was the BPA. You can't go too far wrong with BPA and there have been whispers that Mike Bennett's on the block. If Bennett's sent packing for something it's justifiable. In reality I'd like to trade down but that's not an option and I'm NOT passing on a top 4 talent for one of the position of need players who are 10-20 caliber talents. RB was not a need at all, but the ONLY position you pass on a clearcut BPA for is QB.
Green Jets & Ham
RS, don't worry about the Vikings stable of mediocre RB's I have a theory about RB's {and all positions} ... unless you already have a FRANCHISE RB, you never have to apologize for selecting what you believe is a franchise RB in the draft IMO the Vikings have a bunch of RB's, but they are also a bunch of JAG's

RichardSeymour
Still, did I want Edwards, Williams, or Johnson to be there (god, that sounds like a WASP law firm)? Yes I did.
RSJ
Iam not in love with any of the other Viking RB's so I don't have a problem with the pick at all.
stormshadow19
Johnny took Troy Williamson, and I can't argue with the pick. Speed to spare, good size, can catch. And it fits an area of need. Good pick.

JonEJet
I really wanted to go defense there......but the loss of Mushin, and Steve Smith coming back from injury made the pick a no brainer
faba
I really wanted to go defense there......but the loss of Mushin, and Steve Smith coming back from injury made the pick a no brainer This was good pick in a position it was needed by Panthers- Carolina needed a wide receiver to replace Mohammad. Jetsfan80
I really wanted to go defense there......but the loss of Mushin, and Steve Smith coming back from injury made the pick a no brainer Good choice. The Panther defense is set, considering the conference, and division, they play in. Give Delhomme another weapon, and you can pencil the Panthers in as the NFC South champs. Jetsfan80
''Pac Man'' 16th. Most scouts and gurus seem to think he will end up going top 10, but I think that we got it right; he will end up in the 12-18 range because he simply is not a better FOOTBALL PLAYER than Antrel Rolle (or at least GM's will decide on this). stormshadow19
My buddy (who's a WVU grad) and I had that arguement, between Rolle and Pac Man. I picked Rolle... but really can't go wrong with either. Both are going to be good players.
