He is not eligible. He played 9 games in his one year with the Browns, which is the cut off point for PS eligibility.

Neither. Our run game is good enough as is with Greene, McKnight, LT and Kerley (not really running back, but multi purpose). I think we should save a few spots to patch up our backup o line, or maybe even get a guy to help with the d line.
