OL (8) -- D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Matt Slauson, Nick Mangold, Brandon Moore, Wayne Hunter, Vladimir Ducasse, G Caleb Schlauderaff (acquired from Packers), Rob Turner (injured). redman81
Thought Berning was a late cut? I'd cut McIntyre before I cut Berning. He looked to have some pop out there.

SoFlaJets
Jets cut Aaron Maybin and add Kevin O'Connell BY Manish Mehta Aaron Maybin’s attempt to revive his career with the Jets came to an abrupt end Sunday when Gang Green cut the former first-round pick. Maybin, who had shown flashes as an edge pass rusher during his brief stay with the Jets, made the initial 53-man roster Saturday night. However, he became expendable after the team claimed four players off waivers, including quarterback Kevin O’Connell. Maybin, who signed a one-year deal with the Jets after getting cut by the Bills last month, recorded 1 ½ sacks in the preseason finale against the Eagles last week. “Certainly, he did have some moments in that Philly game,” Rex Ryan said on Saturday night. “Certainly he played well. He was one of those guys that we talked about… I thought his play rushing the passer, that’s what landed him on the roster.” Gang Green tweaked their roster by addressing a couple areas of need on Sunday. O’Connell, who was waived by the Dolphins, returned to the Jets and will be the No. 3 quarterback after the team placed rookie Greg McElroy (thumb surgery) on season-ending injured reserve on Sunday. Ryan & Co. added more depth along the offensive line with center Colin Baxter, an undrafted rookie let go by the Chargers. The team traded for Packers’ rookie guard Caleb Schlauderaff on Saturday. The Jets also added safety Andrew Sendejo, who was waived by the Cowboys after playing in the UFL, and wide receiver Mardy Gilyard, who played for the Rams last season. The Jets only had four healthy receivers on the roster before adding Gilyard. Seven players were signed to the practice squad: TE Josh Baker, LB Matthias Berning, G Trevor Canfield, DT Jarron Gilbert, G Matt Kroul, CB Julian Posey and WR Patrick Turner. UPDATED 53-MAN ROSTER 53-man roster: Quarterbacks (3): Mark Sanchez, Mark Brunell, Kevin O'Connell Running backs (5): Shonn Greene, LaDainian Tomlinson, Joe McKnight, Bilal Powell, John Conner Wide Receivers (6): Santonio Holmes, Plaxico Burress, Derrick Mason, Jeremy Kerley, Mardy Gilyard, Logan Payne Tight ends (3): Dustin Keller, Matt Mulligan, Jeff Cumberland Offensive linemen (9): D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Wayne Hunter, Brandon Moore, Nick Mangold, Matt Slauson, Vladimir Ducasse, Rob Turner, Caleb Schlauderaff, Colin Baxter Defensive linemen (6): Mike DeVito, Sione Pouha, Ropati Pitoitua, Muhammad Wilkerson, Kenrick Ellis, Marcus Dixon Linebackers (8): David Harris, Calvin Pace, Bart Scott, Bryan Thomas, Jamaal Westerman, Josh Mauga, Garrett McIntyre, Nick Bellore Cornerbacks (5): Darrelle Revis, Antonio Cromartie, Kyle Wilson, Marquice Cole, Donald Strickland, Safeties (5): Jim Leonhard, Eric Smith, Emanuel Cook, Brodney Pool, Andrew Sendejo Kicker: Nick Folk Punter: TJ Conley Longsnapper: Tanner Purdum
Larz
the only tiny minor thing that bugs me is we don't have a back up OT who won't get sanchez killed. I guess we'll have to pray every week for what, 8 weeks until turner is healthy. if it comes down to it, they'll have to go with street FA
