Over the past ten years, which NFL team has returned the most kickoff returns?

I know with Morton, Miller, Leon and Smith, the Jets have combined for 12 return TD's over the past ten years, but which team has returned the most during this time span? Long story short, I'm trying to tell a friend it's the Jets that rank #1? But I'm not 100% sure. All I know is this, Mike Westhoff is known as the best overall special teams coach around.

Only in regards to kickoff returns. Not punt returns or INT returns, just kickoff returns from the 30 yard line.

Jets rank 1st with 14, followed by the Browns and Pats with 10. Packers are the only team with 0.

In PRs the Bears are 1st with 14, followed by the Raiders with 8, and Cowboys and Eagles tied at 7. Jets only have 2.

I'm not sure that would be a great honor, whoever it is. Seems to me the team with the most kickoff returns would be the team which gave up the most TD's and field goals.

Actually it seems to me that the team with the most KR for TDs would be the team with the best special teams coach.
