The problem with the O is a total lack of identity. the team just doesn't have a plan so they just run random plays. 16 consecutive games without a 1st quarter TD is a fireable offense. To be honest, part of me wonders, especially with the Tom Moore hire, that Schotty wasn't a lack of lockout away from losing his job. The fact that the Jets didn't want to install a new offense in one month might have given Schotty his last chance to prove he is capable of doing his job with absolutely no excuses left for him.
