I agree, but Tebow can get you more than 70 yards in 3 quarters like Sanchez did tonight...right? I think Tebow can get that...just sayin. hoping4ASuperBowl
I'd rather have a new OC first before we decide to close the book on sanchez. Change the scenery for sanchez and see what happens whether for better or worse. It would be better than bringing in a new QB with schitty still here. JoeC36
those 79 yards for tebow were against a prevent defense in the 4th quarter i believe his 3rd quarter stats were something like 1-6 for 0 yards.

Its all about how he sparks that team...he gets in the game, good things happen. They move the chains, they score, the offense responds because the defense has to play him differently. Those misdirection screens are deadly because he's a threat for tucking and running. The guy's Qb rating was 101. He's a baller. He just knows how to step it up when the pressure is on. The polar opposite of that mush burger Kyle Orton.

He sparks the team because they are all sick of seeing Orton and his checkdown play. Of course everyone is gonna be excited and riled up once the change happens because Orton has played long enough to get booed by his fans. The polar opposite of that mush burger Kyle Orton. im not arguing that he sparks the team, but i am arguing that passing for 79 yards against a prevent defense, most of which came on that screen pass, doesn't make him better than Sanchez. Will he be considered better than Mark in the future? Possibly. but to call him better after 2 quarters of football, in which he didnt play particularly well is a wee bit crazy.
