Maxman Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 It is game day Jets fans. With a win over the Redskins, the Jets will improve to 7 and 5 and take another step towards the playoffs. There isn't much room for error but if the Jets play they way they are capable of that won't be an issue on Sunday. We changed things up here last week with a bit of a new look and a new username....and the Jets responded. More of the same here this week and we are back with another video by the same creator as last week...JetsJihad. Tyson Rauch is predicting a Jets victory and here are two of his keys to the game: Keep Keller involved- It should be no secret that when tight end Dustin Keller gets involved in the passing game the entire offense begins to open up. Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer should set up some plays to get Keller going early on in the game which will not only get Sanchez comfortable, but will loosen up the coverage on Santonio Holmes and Plaxico Burress. Establish the running game- The Jets must return to their “ground and pound” ways in order to slow down the Washington pass rush and wear down the defense. Running back LaDainian Tomlinson is slated to return from injury on Sunday and should be able to spell Shonn Greene who has been dealing with injured ribs. Rex Grossman doesn't care about no rhythm and will make enough plays late to move the ball. This is also the game that the walls finally cave in on Sanchez. Grossman gets sacked a minimum of four times, two of which courtesy of Mayhem. Sanchez has his career best game, giving us hope until the next time he craps the bed.
