Gb reminded me of colts the year they almost went undefeated .... They sat manning in last week of season with nothing to play for and he came out looking rusty, only to lose to pitts in firat playoff game... Even think dungy's son died around that time which is eerie

Honorable Mention 1993 Oilers won their last 12 games home field Great Offence and Defence playing in the house of pain

but just like all Oiler teams they crapped the bed against the Montana led Chiefs -- But that team had what it took to win it all.

put Randy Moss in the same Breath as Jerry Rice

If there's a single WR who does belong in the same breath as Jerry Rice it's Randy Moss (and Don Hutson, maybe/probably TO). He's got the argument as both the greatest non-QB offensive playmaker of his generation (though Tomlinson might win out there) and the most explosive WR in history on top of it (same 4 WRs).

Rice wins out on account of longevity. Hell the only position it should even be possible to have 20 seasons with 18 very good to great ones is QB (lies, OL and maybe even a giant but well conditioned DT), but he pulled it off as a WR.

Sorry but when Randy did things like cutting off routes, refusing to block, and generally acting like an idiot it put him so far behind the complete player and team player Rice was he does not belong in this conversation. I dont even believe Im having this conversation

Seriously that offense was porn.
Seriously that offense was porn.

best offenses i've ever seen

1999-2001 rams (warner, faulk, bruce, holt....4 HOFers)

98 vikings (this was all because of Moss/Carter)

04 colts (Peyton throws 49 TD in 497 attempts)

07 patsies (brady needs 100 more pass attempts to get 50 TD)

11 packers/11 saints (both were so great that it's tied)

honorable mention to the 2006 Chargers

watching the 2000 Rams on offense almost was porn....Trent Green actually looked better in his 5 starts than Warner in his 11 but the team was 8-3 with Warner and 2-3 with Green.

I have to say, I'm still kind of in shock at GB losing. I think the 07 pats team was better overall, but in that upset, It was obvious how disruptive the NYG Dline was.. They were in Brady's face most of the game.

The Giants D played pretty good, and def pressured Rodgers a little. But he missed more throws then I ever remember seeing him miss.. Not to mention the drops, and the fumbles, and the horrible defensive play on the hail mary (not to mention the bradshaw run)... I def come away feeling moreso that they shot themselves in the foot, whereas I think the 07 giants just outcoached the Pats..

Plus I think Rodgers is a lot better then Brady, the higher expectations could be adding to it... But it's the most shocked I've been at an outcome that I can remember since Atlanta beating the Vikings in the 98 championship game

both 93 and 94 on VHS (which are highlights of 1992 and 1993)

such a sad fact that Houston never won a ring with Moon and company
