indygirl4jets
I think he'll stay in Indy where he belongs!! http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/Jim-Irsay-Peyton-Manning-Indianapolis-Colts-will-be-welcomed-back-report-021412
T0mShane
It's getting silly now with Irsay and he should just concede the PR battle. He just wants it to look like he didn't push Peyton out the door. Dude just needs to man up and say he's looking out for the best interests of the team, yadda yadda and let Peyton walk. Maxman
If is peytons call he would just keep his current contract. Irsay needs to stop talking.
BroadwayJ667
If is peytons call he would just keep his current contract. Irsay needs to stop talking. Seriously. At this point it isn't fair to the fans of the Colts. Everyone just needs to move on.
PatriotReign37
Theres no way that Luck and Peyton can be on the same team.
bitonti
I still believe he's done. You don't screw around with a bad neck. as for Irsay, the dude paid Peyton 26 million dollars last year to be injured, I think he's done enough.

Hate agreeing with you but...this! You dont treat the greatest player in the History of your organization this way. Stop stringing him along and trying to make yourself look clean when everyone knows, you aint paying him and you really want him out the door. Luck is going to suck because of the way the Colts are handling this...karma and sh*t.

Right, because Peyton Manning certainly didnt deserve it and hasnt made that organization any money over the years.
JetsFanInDenver
Irsay should call it quits. Its not like the Irsay's have never lost a PR battle before!
bitonti
Right, because Peyton Manning certainly didnt deserve it and hasnt made that organization any money over the years. so you are saying Manning earned his 26 million last year?
Jetsfan80
so you are saying Manning earned his 26 million last year? Actually, yes. Despite being the only reason the Colts have had any success for over a decade, he decided to have THREE dangerous neck procedures, showing his commitment to getting back on the field as quickly as possible. By your logic, no injured player ever "earns" his money, even though he's getting paid highly precisely for that reason; playing in a high-risk sport at the highest level. JustInFudge
so you are saying Manning earned his 26 million last year? Absolutely. There 2-14 record was proof of that.

GronkWelkHead
If it were truly up to Peyton, he'd just stay put and collect his $28 million on March 8 I believe. Irsay is such a tool.
