Forget Tebow, the jets need to sign this guy...

Despite all the Tebow talk, he's really not going to have a big impact. Rex wants the ground n' pound game, and they need Greene to have another 1,000 plus yard season. To don this they need OLmen, badly. They need guys who can create holes and protect Sanchez, and Wayne Hunter isn't the guy who can do that consistently. So, the most important signing they can make is this guy, Eben Britton, who I talked about before.

He's an FA, he's young, and he's a punishing blocker. He's had some injuries, so his price tag could be relatively cheap. This is going to be my wish list for us in the offseason.

I think the Jets will have to sign him next year when he will be a free agent. This year he is under contract with Jacksonville and expected to be their starting right tackle.

I was confused by his post a bit, I think he might have been suggesting the same thing (next offseason we sign him).

He's not a FA and he's not very good. Jags fans cant stand the guy cuz he's a stick in the mud vs a good pass rush.
