4th place teams shouldn't throw stones.

Glad you've got nothing better to do with your days than to watch a team you can't stand.

Without Mo and with this starting staff this Yankee team is not running away with the AL East. Think they can compete, but this is not a great team. Encouraged that Cano and Swiher both hit some today, leave it at that.

I'll take this years staff over last years, which was anchored by the likes of Bartolo Colon and Freddy Garcia. Losing Mo is a blow, he's irreplaceable, but Robertson is a phenom and will pitch well enough.

Problem is you have to move Roberstson into Mo's role and Soriano into Robertson's. So we get more innings from the likes of Boone Logan and Clay Rapada. Would think Banuelos and/or Betances would be here if they were any good. Antother great piece of Yankee pitcing development. Let's get Pineda, not keep on eye on his conditioning all winter, and then get him to spring training and try to teach a 98mph fastballer to be Greg Maddux. Good work!

And as to Tex-just once, either take a little off and go the other way, or lay bunt down. If he can demonstrate a few times that he can do that the shift goes away. Otherwise this suckitudew is his reality.

Maybe, maybe not. You had a glut of good bullpen arms before Mo went down. Robertson and Soriano are both worthy of the closer role on an elite MLB team, so moving them to closer and setup isn't that bad as long as you still have a guy (or combination of guys) who can pitch the 7th reliably.
