The Jets have trained me, and the Bills to expect a win every time their face Buffalo.

The Dolphins aren't getting better, with the Jets taking their best tackler (Bell), and them getting rid of B. Marshall. They don't know who will throw the ball, or who will catch the ball.....

The Jets are 3-4 against "The Past" over the last 3 seasons, so a split is fair to ask for there.

Playing the Niners and Texans back to back is no picnic, but the rest of the schedule is pretty soft

Anybody worried about Arizona and San Diego coming to New Jersey in December?

Me neither.....

Playing on the road in Jax and Ten, in warm weather, shouldn't be too tough either.

Pittsburgh isn't the juggernaut they once were. They are losing studs left and right, and aging at a geometric rate. And their OL is a known weakness.

I see 11-5 for the Jets, second place in the division.

Go!!

My gut says nine wins, but the potential is there for 10 or 11. They can plow through the back end of that schedule if the team stays healthy (and everyone manages to get along with each other). They'll drop a couple they should win, and likewise will win a couple they shouldn't. One thing's for sure: it's bound to be another entertaining season.

I say 10-6 maybe at the most 12-4...

12 and 4 seems to be the absolute upside, seeing as how the Jets are wired to not ever be 13 and 3. Although a 1st round bye would be nice one of these years.

Depends on three things......does the defense kick it up a notch, does the coaching staff learn from the past mistakes, and does San-Bow at QB turn in a good solid performance between the two of them.....if so I would say this team can win 10 to 12 games.

Defense is championship caliber.

Special teams are close. The return and coverage units are top notch, but the specialists, the punter and kicker, not so much.

Offense is a huge question mark. New system being installed, and a QB controversy by design. Every group has uncertainty. WR, RB, OL, all of them. I think their primary job will be to control some clock and limit turnovers. More of a play not to lose style than a play to win style.

I think they're a 10 win team. If they coalesce behind one QB early, and that QB is up to the task, maybe they can be better. But that's a big "if."

High: 12 wins

Probably: 10 wins

Low: 8 Wins

I agree with this. Very nice, objective, non-trollish post from a pats fan. Thanks PFSIKH.

I won't predict the Pats outcome, as I could not be as objective as you, and I would not have them sniffing .500 in any given year. Hat's off, you sir, are a better man than I. :cool0043:

Jills have the better Qb and have improved their Def immensely.

3rd place finish is best can do IMO, going to be a long year

We are going to be 12-4 with a first rd bye along with our first division title in years. Brady finally gets old and gets benched/smashed week 10. The NE area realizes suddenly something very similar to what Indianapolis did last year. Wow..... Brady was pretty important to our success for the past 300 years.

Ryan Mallett goes the way of Jay Fiedler following a legend. Who?? Yes... that's exactly what I mean.

Who? Young?

Every year it seems like it's going to be Buffalo's renaissance year, and every year they fall short. I agree they added a couple nice pieces, but I wouldn't put any money on them to finish second in the division.

And Rex Ryan >>>> Chan Gailey

The Jills had a better Qb last year losing 7 straight games and only wining 1 of their last 9. lol
