ylekram
just curious.with tebow and a gimicky offense, i could see sanchez catching at least one. after all, he has the best hands on the team
Maxman
I am not sure. But I think Sanchez actually caught two of his own interceptions last year.
kelticwizard
In 1999, Kordell Stewart started 12 games for the Steelers and caught a touchdown pass. PS: I don't know if that was the last time, I just checked on the guy who I figured might have done it.
Gang Greene
I think Brees has at least one from Tomlinson when they were with the chargers

I think he meant while actully lined up at QB Stewart also played WR at times before he stepped in full time at QB

Maxman
didn't brady? or did he just catch a pass? He caught herpes this offseason, but that's a bit off-topic.

kelticwizard
I think he meant while actully lined up at QB Stewart also played WR at times before he stepped in full time at QB You are correct that Stewart started his career as a WR/RB/situational QB, but he threw over 400 passes in 1997 and 1998, so by 1999, when he caught the TD pass, he had progressed into his full time QB stage. It's possible that the TD pass was a trick play where Stewart lined up not at QB, but I think the thread starter meant a player who was basically considered a QB, (which Stewart was by then and Tebow is now), not necessarily meaning he lined up at QB on the play he caught the TD.
