The two also have been spotted out shopping. Here’s Jets QB Mark Sanchez finally scoring this preseason — and Eva Longoria’s the target of his passes. The hunky signal caller huddled with the sports-loving hottie and pals Friday night for a relaxed summer supper at Sanchez’s luxe retreat in Bedminster, NJ, where the lovebirds shared bites from each other’s plates. That’s them at an outdoor table near Sanchez’s Colonial cottage at Donald Trump’s swanky National Golf Club, where Sanchez lives surrounded by an Olympic-sized pool and resort-style amenities. And it’s where he has entertained a parade of babes this summer, our sources said. But Longoria, 37, the ex-wife of basketball star Tony Parker and on the rebound after splitting from Spanish singer Eduardo Cruz, has been the 25-year-old Sanchez’s favorite. “She’s been with him a lot,” said one source. The Friday dinner was just the latest gathering in their budding romance, our sources said, which included doing some grocery shopping near his pad and having a date night at Griffou, the West Village restaurant where Longoria donned a blond wig to avoid being recognized. They also jetted off for a weekend in the Caribbean, according to InTouch magazine. Their dinner at the golf course came shortly after Sanchez — who along with backup Jets QB Tim Tebow has failed to throw a single touchdown pass this preseason — concluded his work for the week at the team’s training facility in Florham Park, a half-hour drive away. The Jets take on the Buffalo Bills next Sunday in the season opener. Members at Trump’s 533-acre complex say Sanchez isn’t shy about showing off his buff bod, having added 15 pounds of muscle during the off-season. He does a lot of working out at a state-of-the art gym just steps from his four-bedroom brick home. “He’s there so often, it’s almost like Mark’s private gym,” said one source. Another said Sanchez has become a popular presence at the complex, playing with the children of other members in the pool and hitting the links hard as he tries to improve his game. “He’s here all the time and likes to be with the kids,” said another source. “You’ll see him throwing a football around the pool.” The enclave where he lives is “very much Melrose Place,” said another source — an enclosed quadrangle of five brick cottages, one occupied by Trump himself, and 11 hotel-like suites, which once served as the staff quarters and horse barn for estate founder John Cowperthwaite. The interior was simply a courtyard until 2005, when Trump put in a sprawling pool and two hot tubs. There’s also basketball and tennis courts, a bistro and constant parties, including a Labor Day bash and a fireworks display on Memorial Day. “I call it adult camp,” said one member. It’s also very Jets friendly. Owner Woody Johnson is a regular guest. Tebow, an avid golfer, has visited the club and eaten dinner there, said one source. But he’s never played the courses. Johnson owns his own estate just down the road — he’s currently building a $35 million home on the grounds — and that’s where Sanchez, Tebow and other veteran team members gathered last week in a large red barn for a leadership pep talk from a former Special Forces commander. Enjoy $12 million this year and next, and then back to palaookaville. At least Woody Johnson is happy with free PR. Winning football games, not so much.
