*Sigh* The Unbeatable Patriots are back

The Pats are playing better but they will have to go on the road in the playoffs - a big difference to the past couple of years when they have had everyone having to go to Gillette stadium to take them on

faba,

Are you forgetting that the Pats won last year's AFC Championship game in Pittsburgh?

Here's the deal for this year:

Take care of Round 1 in Foxboro, steal one on the road, and then face the Colts for the AFC Championship game.

I'm sure Dungy and the Colts didn't like what they saw today.

Ickey,

Have you seen how well the Pats front 7 have played the last 3 weeks?

That alone will cover any weaknesses in the secondary.

Against a Jet team, a Bill team and TB who has lost vs. teh Jets and SF on the road this year. Not exactly the offensive juggernauts that the Bengals and Colts are.

Colts and Bengals would both hang 30 easily on the Pats, would the Pats outscore them is the question.

and your a fool if you think Dungy, peyton or and Colt spent more than :30 seconds thinking about the Pats today.

Smizz, what a stupid comment.

Who exactly to you think the Colts fear in their march to the Super Bowl?

Denver?

San Diego?

Pittsburgh?

Cincinnatti?

Are you pulling an EB on me?

I totally disagree with that.

The Pats front 7 have played extremely well over the past 3 weeks (regardless who they played) and will continue to get better moving into the playoffs.

No way in hell the Bengals would even come close to 30 points. BB would embarrass the hell out of Palmer.

Not sold on Tampa Bay or most of the NFC for that matter.

You have to go all the way back to October 9th to find another victory by the Pats over a team with a winning record.

The last two quality offenses they faced pissed all over them so the Pats will be hard to figure heading into the play-offs as the next few weeks are not big tests.

That said they do look better.

Ummm...Indy is 13-0 facing a tough San Diego team tomorrow. Do you honestly think they thought about the Pats today? or even the playoff's?

This is by far the stupidest comment ive even seen you post.

You really think Dungy spent more time thinking about the Patriots today than the Bolts??

Sad.

Congrats to the Patsies on winning the AFC East despite some injuries earlier this year.

However, this is one of the weakest divisions in the league this year, and if the division winner is the only team above .500, that is pretty sad.

I still believe the Pats are one and done in the playoffs, too.

Um, San Diego stands in the Colts way of going 16-0.

The Pats stand in the way of the Colts reaching the Super Bowl.

Big difference.

This Pats fan won't get ahead of herself. The Pats would have issues with Gates, for sure. The Saftey play is STILL quite suspect....and Asante Samuel has proven to me that he should be no more than a nickel back. Tomlinson as a reciever has me more scared than Tomlinson the runner. I think the Pats run defense is here to stay for the remainder of the season - however long that will be.

That said, bring on the Jaguars! (and the snow  )

Tx, next game try to key on his play. He's great at covering the slot receiver - where speed isn't crucial. Watch him on the outside where he TRIES to go stride for stride with the reciver for a longer period of time - he can't. This could explain why outside receivers often have a 7 yard cushion.

Damn, you are good Garb.

That was a great observation. =D>

Samuel's 7 yard cushions drive me up a wall, especially the 7-10 yard out.
