Nick Ferraro
He's very good. He certainly deserves to be mentioned with the greatest. You have to also consider that the Pats have never had a truly great WR/TE for him to throw to in his career. He has also never played with a dominant RB. PatsFanTX
Hes the best ive ever seen.. thats for sure.. Brady does more with less than any other QB in recent NFL history. Another phenominal game today.
Ikeyman3
Brady=Greatness. HE will be in the top 5 all time when he is done, maybe the best ever. The 3rd and 7 on the opening drive was the biggest play of the game IMO.
Matt39
His pocket presence is what separates him from the rest. WHo would of thought. I personally thought he was average at best while at Michigan.
Smizzy
Ive seen many other Qb's who were/are more physically gifted but this kid does a great job of putting it all together every sunday. Brady minimizes his mistakes. Makes great throws, great reads, has great pocket awareness and is a tough little bastard who WINS football games. There aren't to many of those type of players around. Tom Brady is definitely better than any Jets fan gives him credit for. The kid flat out gets the job done. Period. I hate his guts and must go wash my mouth out and brush my teeth with liquid draino. PatsFanTX
His pocket presence is what separates him from the rest. Brady has the best pocket presence of any QB in the NFL. However, his greatest attribute as a QB is his uncanny ability to look off receivers, freeze the safties, and come back the other way with the football. He did that 3 or 4 times today with his completions to Givens.
GlennFoley
Wow Smizz. I have to give you a hell of a lot of credit for that post. You know Patsfan.. Nobody appreciates your cocky attitude.. This is the NFL.. The tide changes year from year, and deep down inside you know realize that one day the Patriots will be a lot worse then the Jets... RichardSeymour
He's very good. He certainly deserves to be mentioned with the greatest. You have to also consider that the Pats have never had a truly great WR/TE for him to throw to in his career. He has also never played with a dominant RB. I might be, not to be immodest, the biggest Brady defender out there, as I've been fighting wars over his place among current NFL QBs for years and have gone over all kinds of crazy angles.... In fairness, he DID have a dominant RB in 2004. Dillon that year deserved that label for sure. But generally speaking he's had ok to pretty good OLs cobbled together on the cheap, and few brilliant offensive weapons--- he's had two 1000 yd RBs in 4 years (Smith '01, Dillon '04) and one 1000 yd WR (Brown '01). In this his 5th year Branch MAY become his 4th 1000 yd skill position player. Brady had lousy weapons in '01 and '02, and good but not amazing weapons '03 to present (great depth for these three years, but no standout weapons at the high end of things.).... not that there's anything wrong with "just depth". PatsFanTX
with 10-11 guys on IR do you think i give a Sh#t at this point? The Pats have 9 players on IR this year. Also, if you watched the game today, the Pats (not the pathetic Jets) lost more starter games to injury than any team in the NFL. So why do the Pats have 10 wins and the Jets have only 3?
