Preston Howley III
C'mon guys. Herm and Terry are gonna get this thing turned around. They'll have this team spinning like a top in no time.
Matt39
All I've heard is that he dumped Ryan Young, Marcus Coleman and Aaron Glenn to the Texans. Crazy thing is, four years down the road we're back where we started. He drafted Vilma, good. Other than that...
Bugg
Uh, no. Just know he'll make a mess come draft day. Look, he still defends Tank Reed and Bryan Thomas and the abundance of average roster filler at DB as if he's filling the AFC Pro Bowl team. Barton
Bradway has done a pretty decent job, IMO. The Jolley trade was good IMO. Heath Miller will never be great, and Jolley has shown flashes of being a pretty good recieving threat. Not to mention the trade also got us a kicker for the next 10+ years, and Kerry Rhodes and Cedric Houston! Trading up for Drob at the time seemed like a great move, and it very well could still pan out.... His drafts the past 2 years have been excellent. Vima, Adrian Jones, Coleman, Rhodes, Houston, Nugent. All are valuable parts of this team for the future. Bradway also did a good job drafting LaMont and MacKenzie (Its not Terrys fault Herm didnt play LaMont enough) Bradway has also done some good things in free agency like not overpaying for the likes of Ferguson, LaMont and Mackenzie. Who are all by the way underperforming for their big paydays(Mackenzie and Ferguson moreso). Now, not finding good replacements for these lineman is a bad job on his part. Ignoring the Offensive line in the draft has been a DISASTER this season. He hasnt drafted an interior lineman in the first 4 rds the past 5 years! Thats a big time screw up. Not to mention, and I hate mentioning it, passing on ED FRICKIN REED! We needed a safety, not a smallschool defensive end! Horrible draft choice. And his BJ Askew selection was just as bad, and even more of a reach! Bradway deserves a 2nd chance here, IMO. He's done more good things than bad things the past 3 years. But if he does not improve the Oline in the offseason he deserves the boot by week 4 next year if the team has a losing record.
PatsFanTX
The Jolley trade was good IMO. Heath Miller will never be great, and Jolley has shown flashes of being a pretty good recieving threat. You can't be serious. The Jets trade a 1st round pick (yea, yea, I know, but it is still fun to say it  ) for a complete BUST of a TE. barton, Jolley sucks ding-dongs as a friggn' TE. Anthony Becth had better hands than this loser.
Smizzy
Anthony Becth had better hands than this loser. You could chop off Jolley's hands and he would still have better hands than becht. That's a bush league comment.

In games where the Jets actually throw the ball to him, he makes plays. He's shown some good things and has improved as the season has gone along. Tx, you better watch out. Tight ends have feasted on the patriots defense all season long. If the Jets can keep enough pressure off of Bollinger, and give him just enough time, Jolley will make plays. Mavrik
Bradway deserves a 2nd chance here, IMO. He's done more good things than bad things the past 3 years Bradway deserves a 2nd chance about as much as Herm does. S***can them both at the end of the season. A few flash in the pan players don't make up for the utter garbage he's drafted over the years. Tell me how your going to defend a guy who drafted Bryan Thomas with a #1 pick and who traded away a first rounder for Doug "Butterfingers" Jolley and then took a friggin kicker in the 2nd round? Bradway defenders need to just admit the guy is a failure. Cut your losses and get someone new.

He's shown some good things and has improved as the season has gone along. Sorry..gotta disagree. The most recent thing that stands out to me about Jolley is last week vs. Oakland when he did his "break dance" routine in the end zone where he should have clearly had that ball in his hands. Instead what does he do, he drops it and looks like a damn fool in the process.
sirlancemehlot
We have the worst cap situation in the league and not a single superstar. In fact--I doubt we'll have a single player in the Pro-bowl. We pay a lot, and get little. J-Mac Barton Kendall Barrett are here and gettin paid. We couldn't sign or pay Fergy makenzie john lynch s.moss a. winfield etc. etc. We've given away draft picks for mediocre players. We drafted a kicker in the 2nd that can't hit the goal-line, drafted B. Thomas over Ed reed, drafted Askew and Pouha, hired Sam Garnes (for christ's sake) etc, etc, and on and on and on....we've won 3 games and are in cap hell praying the NFL extend cap limits because we can't sign Abe or any draft pick in the top ten. Yep, Bradway's the man. You've got to be f'ing kidding me. Our GM is the poster child for ineptitude.
4HCrew
This is a great thread for GGG as she was his groupie for at least 3 years.. I still hear the "My Terry" expressions coming out of her mouth. You all have made good points I just think Terry has taken some chances and they have back fired. The Bryan Thomas pick still pisses me off and do not understand the Askew move whatsoever. I think if Terry does not go the scouting dept really needs to be reevaluated. In addition I would like to know what Herm's input is as well. I just think Terry throws around too many picks on draft day in fear he will actually have to use them. Stonehands
I am actually a Bradway supporter (although it is tough to support anyone after a 3 win season), but I see a few huge flaws in his drafting philosophy. I agree with his philosophy concerning building an offensive line for the most part. If you notice, the Giants have done a nice job without loading up on high draft picks. But, we have been caught short on prospects at that position because of the poor drafting of Goodwin and the insistence of sticking with him. I think Jones was a good pick, but we needed to use a 3rd rounder on an interior linemen in the last 4 drafts to overcome Goodwin. Another screw up was the lack of attention paid to the QB position in the draft. Brooks Bollinger was a poor choice to be a starting QB in this league. Eventhough he is playing well, I don't see how a 5' 10" guy will be anything other than a backup. How come we have never invested a midle round pick on a QB? Where is our Kyle Orton? Where is our Charlie Frye? The other draft failure I see is the lack of attention paid to the receiver position. Other than Jerricho Cotchery, we have not used a high pick on a receiver since Santana Moss. Other teams have physical freaks that they are grooming on the bench and we don't. With all that being said, I think Bradway has done an adequate job here and is below the coaching staff on the blame list for our problems. I think Bradway deserves to pick our next head coach (hopefully this offseason). I think he does a good job of keeping his eyes open and picking up veteran free agents. I liked the Kendall move, the Ty Law move, I liked getting Ben Graham. These are all moves the old Jets would have never made. I'm all for giving him another few years.
