Brenjetsfan Posted December 22, 2005 Share Posted December 22, 2005 Pro Bowl Selections 12/21/05 I just checked out the pro bowl selections on NFL.com. To be quite honest, there weren't many surprises. I am extremely happy for Jeff Saturday for making his first trip to Honolulu. He is a great player playing for a great team. Congrats to Jeff. I figured both him and Jeff Hartings of Pittsburgh would make it. The one pick I question his the Ogden pick, not because he's not a great player, but only because of the way it was handled with the NFL. Tarik Gleen of Indianapolis was told he got selected only to be told later "uh, sorry we made a mistake"...the only mistake made was how the NFL managed that situation. Santana Moss was no surprise on the NFC side, he is an impact player when he's healthy and he managed to stay so in Washington, good for him. Not disappointed that more Jets didn't make it, it's hard to press for guys on a 3-11 team. I will miss being in Hawaii this February, but will enjoy being in the woods with my son, I think I got the better deal! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
