vinnys025
I'm wanting to purchase a new HD tower so I can stream HD video to my HDTV. Can someone please let me know which one of these 3 CPU's are best for what I want? http://www.shopping.hp.com/en_US/home-office/-/search-SimpleOfferSearch?SearchTerm=p7qe&cattitle=p7qe&aoid=35252&jumpid=in_R329_prodexp%2Fhhoslp%2Fpsg%2Fdesktops%2FEveryday_computing%2Fp7qe_series http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229285 http://www.antonline.com/p_3429D6U_877406.htm?gclid=CJXF29aq9rgCFVNo7AodoXYAug Also, if you have a better option than those I posted above for around the same price, please let me know. No, I don't want to build it myself, I'll pay the extra 100$ I would have saved for it being assembled. Thanks.

bitonti
id go with a cyber tower. btw there are options for HD streaming for example xbox 360, playstation 3, or even cheaper like roku or the google chromecast. http://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/devices/chromecast/#netflix
NJ
Vinny - I stream from $75.00 winXP laptops I get off of Craigs List, loaded with RAM, on all 3 TV's I have in my house. With that set up I also can, obviously, play any type of digital file on a hard drive or flash drive. Just port the audio into a surround sound or speaker bar and you're good to go. This is a better option than Google TV or Roku because you get to use the full function interface off the web rather than the pain in the azz, limited interfaces those other devices write to allow you to maneuver at Netflix, ect... I hate All-In-One units, never had any problems they just scare me. Again, very unscientific thoughts on my part.

Motherboard can't handle HD video card. I have a PS3, but I don't think I can download movies onto the PS3 hard drive and then play them or else my problem would be solved. Bob
I skipped the computer hookups and bought smart TVs. They're pretty affordable.
