The Gun Of Bavaria
The same ELI that just got picked off. ZERO And why don't you just make it official and become a Giants fan once and for all. That's all we've heard all year. Giants this, Giants that. F them and the horse they rode in on. Enough of this how great the Giants are garbage. It's old.

JetsMan57
What a dog sh!t personal foul penalty the refs called on the skins at the end of the half there. Its getting to the point where you can no longer touch a QB or WR in the NFL.. Just a horrendous, chicken poo call. gOT THE gIAnts right back in the game. They draft well, they lock up their players before they hit Free Agency(Shockey, Umineyora, Tiki, etc), they are well coached, and in esscence.. they are everything the Jets aren't.. Ok, maybe the Giants aren't the Patriots, but they are a VERY effiecent; well run team.. Are you watching that 26 year old pro bowl reciever on the Redskins whom we traded for a 28 year old damaged goods player with a bad contract? You think Accorsi would've done that? I think not.. Give me a ******* break. Do the names Ron Dayne, William Joseph, Thomas Lewis, Cedric Jones, Jarrod Bunch, and Derek Brown mean anything to you? A lot of the posters on this board over-rate the hell out of the Giants because you're standing too close to the flame. Their future is so bright, what with their 30+ year old running back and ancient Michael Strahan as team leaders. After they're gone, God forbid Eli has to complete more than 52% of his passes. Yes, I know he's in his second year. So is Carson Palmer, basically. I don't see Carson getting daily tongue-jobs from tools like GlennFoley. Carson doesn't have the talent that Eli has.. Carson has Chad Johnson, and Rudi Johnson.. Eli has Tiki and Plaxico; both who were having problems before Eli got to them.. Eli comes, and both are pro bowl calibur players... Eli is a leader, and makes the players around him better..

Do you actually believe the crap you write? Plaxico wasn't having problems before Eli got there. He's been the same player he's always been. That's how he played in Pittsburgh and at Michigan State. And Tiki... he's not playing as well because he's paired with Eli. Eli sucks. He's fortunate he's got Tiki to bail him out. And please dont' compare Eli to Carson Palmer... someone who's actually playing well. Carson has lead his team to a top record in the AFC. Which, last I checked, was vastly superior to the NFC. And, who was Chad Johnson before Carson started throwing him the ball?

Accorsi also gave Jason Sehorn an insane contract after a good playoff run in 2000... Also signed that stiff Kevin Carter... Also blew up the Giants' OLINE from the 2000 super bowl and took him 5 years (this year) to rebuild it.... Accorsi also drafted ShaUN Williams over Faneca and Ron Dayne over Shaun Alexander... Accorsi is a decent GM. Did I miss something? What has Accorsi won as GM of the gIANTS?

The Troll
an NFC title? Yeah, that was a great accomplishment. It gave them the right to be on the recieving end of the biggest ass-kicking in Super Bowl history.

The Troll
i wouldnt say it was as bad as some of those Bills superbowls There have been quite a few Super Bowls with larger margins of victory (Bears/Patriots, Niners/Broncos, Cowboys/Bills I), but none of those teams on the losing end came within a kickoff return TD of being shut out. JetsMan57
an NFC title? Thats all well amd Dandy, but Accorsi has been GM for over 20 years and all he has to show for it is 1 Conference Title? Not impressed. Ernie Accoris lucked into his best move as Giant GM. And that was trading for Eli. If Eli wanted to play in SD Kerry Collins would still be the QB of the Giants with Robert Gallery at RT.
