R44
ESPN's Mark May just said Rutgers fullback Brian Leonard is the best at his position in the nation and is uniquely skilled as a blocker, receiver and runner. May said he's the "complete package". I agree with all the above and have for a while. May went on to say he's a likely 1st or 2nd rounder in the next draft -- I swing towards towards round 2 or 3, based on his position. BTY, Leonard recently told a Jersey paper he was very open to leaving school early. That was his first public comment on that since the summer. I say as a fullback, 4 seasons at Rutgers (one redshirt season) is enough.... Fullbacks have, by far, the shortest career span in the NFL. He'd be absolutely insane to stay for a 5th season. faba
R44 I would be shocked if he came back- nothing he could do that would help him more as far as NFL prospects. leonard I can not see as first round material but he is a good all around player.Maybe nothing spectatular but good at all things-blocking,running and pass catching
mudcat21
The only way he goes in the first two rounds of the draft is if a dope like Bradway is still a GM in the NFL.
4HCrew
If he was smart he would leave as his stock will never be as high and he has been prone to some injuries as well. I can see rounds 3 or 4...
