Something must be wrong with Geno

Simply think about that-the undrafted free agent has a better handle on taking snaps form behind center than does the vaunted 2nd round draft pick supposed QB of the future.

How is that at all surprising? The undrafted free agent has a superbowl MVP/probowl QB for a father, spent his time under center in high school and college and is currently in his second year in the NFL, whereas the 2nd round rookie spent the vast majority of his collegiate career in the shotgun. How is any of that surprising?  Were you surprised that Andrew Luck took snaps from under center more smoothly than Colin Kaepernick, who was transitioning from the pistol as well?

Gino was worth a shot in the second round but has shown why he dropped.  His statistics were inflated by Austen, he locks onto receivers, gets rattled easily and when rattled can't get close to wide open receivers at times, still hasn't learned to step up into a pocket, accuracy is inconsistent at best, ball protection is a disaster, doesn't seem to pass well out of a pro set---other than that seems like a nice kid.
