The Harrahs is like 15 minutes from the stadium.  Good BBQ and you stay in a casino.  Small casino but still not bad.   :)

I was just thinking about that Giants game in 2007 and the quick escape/exit stage left we made from the volatile hostile crowd.

I'll get the lowdown on the best bbq spots.

Tanner Purdum's wife tweeted me the best BBQ place in KC, she grew up there.  Although when I went there I went to a place that was considered not as good.  And I thought it was great, lol.

We'll see. While SD is obviously the nicer trip, because it's just a weekend, KC is appealing in that it is closer, and an earlier game, and I've never been there. Oh, and the ribzzzzz.

I live in Ribz capital of the world.

If you or anyone else needs advice about KC or gets in a jam, contact me.

I have a feeling you and Crusher would enjoy anyplace that had edible scraps near the vicinity ;)

It should be great weather - bring the sticks - Al is.

I'll get with slomoe and we'll plan some stuff out.

BP - SJ - Joe and anybody else who's coming  - there are great places to stay outside of GB and it will be after Labor Day so rates will be good.

I've got a couple lines on good ticket brokers from the local cheese types.

Hey John, I won't be bringing the sticks since I will have my son with me and he's not a golfer (most will tell you that I am not either).  Looking forward to hanging with you and the rest of the JN  faithful though.

Even though Kc is farther away, it is much cheaper and has way less logistics involved. And the tickets are cheap.

ya, thankfully money no issue for me , but u r right, I am lazy and the logistics of 4 hr drive from chicago and then Monday morning after the fireworks driving back for flight blows..Even Milwaukee is tad closer, but no direct flights,, too bad no direct flight to GB other than private plane,, anyone know what private plane costs?? 5K, 10K?  If I get enuf NC fans together maybe doable??

GB great though cause 2nd game and we have hope,, KC game 11/2 we could be 2-7 lol

what about SD?? earlier in year and I assume  direct flights for all?

We could use a caddie. NJ tips well....or so I've heard.

Oh and if anyone is going the Chicago route and spening a night there -  I have room for several in my home for a Friday night stay. Save a bit on Hotel -- .45 minutes from O'Hare

BYOB.

From NY it is a quick connection through Chicago.  I have to imagine you can get a semi regular flight out of CLT to Chicago, and American goes to GB a few time a day.  Driving is a bear and the whole experience more expensive all around but GB is a football Mecca and a no-brainer for me.

He's going to school with no job in sight so we might be on to something here!  Thanks for the offer on the room, I am flying in on Saturday.  Be careful what you offer on the lodging, I wouldn't want a bunch of JN'ers taking a dump at my house.

Tailgate Joe is doing KC, not GB, so thats a plus in KC's favor :) We could have  a GREAT KC Jets tailgate and all meet each other until we go separate ways to pour seats :

Is he going to do the tailgate that game? his road show is amazing!

If you go on a road trip with BP be sure to stay in the room next door... he loves to order late night pizza and bbq chips and always provides free beer.

Lol the dominos guy in the doorway in ft lauderdale hahaha! That trip was fun!

You trashed that room btw :)

Come on guys Green Bay is where it's at.

Next time they will be there is 2022. I know I'm going to be dead by then. So it's my only chance to be there

KC is also a great destination.

If that's where they choose, that's where they choose.

We will have a blast in GB.
