  1. Antonio Allen w/ great coverage on Amaro, Geno better back shoulder 20 yard pass but it sailed right through Amaro's hands

is it time to start getting nervous about amaro's hands ?

Eh I think it's too early. He's probably so focused on memorizing the playbook/verbiage that his mind must still be spinning. He caught over 100 balls last year in college he should be fine.

yeah but

it's every camp report.

Ehh, it's still early though. I mean it's not encouraging to see the reports, but you don't catch 100 balls by accident. I think his hands are absolutely fine, he's just so overwhelmed after the transition from Tech that he's not clicking on all cylinders.  Rookie TEs rarely make a big splash, I don't particularly expect Amaro to buck that trend.

blocking the wrong guy is mental.  getting off the ball late is mental.  dropping the ball is physical.  I hope it isn't a trend

Lol...same here

It has a "the longest yard" feel to it.

Sooooooo are we concerned that our hard-hitting safety got his first NFL concussion approximately ten minutes after putting his NFL pads on?

sooooooo where did you see it was confirmed as a concussion ?

A "head injury" is a concussion in NFL parlance, unless he has a skull fracture or was shot in the face.

sooooooo find something else to troll about then

tom, you have put yourself in the position that when bad things happen to the jets, it's good for you, and when good things happen to the jets it's bad for you

that's on you

That's in your paranoid little mind, my friend. I'm the #1 Jets fan in the world.

no

you have a really bad case of battered jets fan syndrome, so you troll the jets as hard as possible, to protect yourself from other people beating you to it or from allowing yourself to be optimistic so they don't pull the rug out from under you again

I decided during the '09 season I was done with that

because one day, they will do it, and those of you that are watching through your fingers will regret not enjoying the ride

warts and all

I can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking my head up a bull's ass, but I'd rather take a butcher's word for it.

it's ok to be optimistic

try it

I like Idzik. Very confident he'll purge the organization of its ills eventually.
