Time, it seems, does really fly when you are having fun.

A cursory glance at the NHL standings reveals that we are nearing the halfway point of a season that hockey fans waited far too long to arrive. The Wings are "Above Average"???

That's funny last time I checked the Wings, left for dead in the preseason with a lineup that was allegedly part "too-old" and part "too-new" was tearing it up. Some players have stepped up and Ozzie/Legace have been strong in the crease.

Too bad that eventually they will have to beat the team to beat in the Eastern. And they won't.

Well they play them on the 12th, should be a good one.

As for the Sabres, they have the 5th most points in the NHL, I dont see how their not considerd better than Nashville, and New York, they have more points and more wins! And have the same amount of points as LA, I think they could be put in the A overall. They're pretty darn good.

ss19 and GOB: These grades suck. We were so robbed.

I think the Wings, and the Flyers, are being graded on both past achievements, how Ottawa has been, and the talent both teams have. Which isn't fair, but eh... what can you do about it?

Besides, these guys don't know a hockey puck from a baseball.
