NJGREEN99
Over the last 5 years Herm Edwards gave me some great reasons to cheer and some high hopes for my team. For that I say thank you. During the last few months it became clear to me that for the Jets to move on some big changes are needed. The only way those changes can happen is if someone is brought in to make them that has no friends or alligences. Some one that can make decisions without any personal feeling. Herm Edwards is a great guy and a fantastic motivator. Unfortunatly he had no faith in the people who worked for him. For that I say goodbye. 4HCrew
Welcome to the site! I could not agree more. I think in the end Herm's family attitude and friendships began to cloud his judgements leading to a quicker demise. The veterans were treated too well leading to poor personnel decisions and game planning.
