Cheifs fans are disillusioned about Herm

I just came back from visiting a couple of Cheifs message boards & it's amazing how they think that's he's the best thing since sliced bread. I mean everyone there loves they guy & they think that by him becaoming their HC that they'll do better.

Now that's funny.

I, too, tried to break up the pizza party they were throwing and attempted to warn them about what was coming. But I was shouted down and labeled bitter and sad for losing Herm.

O well, I tried. I just cannot wait until the Chiefs are in a tight game late in the 4th quarter and Herm displays his late game managing expertise. The Chiefs' sidelines will look like a terribly unorganized firedrill.

The poor son of a bitches dont know what they are in for.

Maybe, just maybe, they did get a good coach.

And I'll assume Herm has learned a few things along the way....so maybe, just maybe he'll be an even better coach in the future

No, he's not the best...but for now, the Chiefs are one happy franchise

We, are a franchise now looking for a new identity

I pray it workd out for us, and i pray Herm falls flat on hs face

In 5 years Herm didnt show an ounce of improvement in managing games. You can even argue that he REGRESSED in that area the last two years.

I doubt after 5 years of showing no improvement he will go to KC and turn into a wizard.

If Hermy learned a few things in 5 years, he sure as hell hasn't shown it.

Even funnier is you generalizing the opinion of some Chiefs fans and making it the consensus. There's alot of Chiefs fans really skeptical about Edwards' signing and see him as not much different than Vermeil was.

Edwards, for many KC fans, was not the their first choice to fill the position. But since he's now the CHiefs HC, what you're seeing IMO is KC fans accepting what is and tyring to look at the situation in a positive way.

Heck, I'm surprised KC fans have been able to take an optimistic outlook with Edwards at all considering the army of Jets fans that have had nothing better to do than sign up at every Chiefs fansite possible just to "warn", "inform" (b*tch and moan) to Chiefs fans about Edwards ability to coach even though Edwards is out of their hair and they get a 4th rd pick in return for a guy most of them considered utterly worthless.

Bradway got fleeced and that's all over the the talk shows on the FAN and ESPN. However, on the bright side this is addition by subtraction. The glorified cheerleader is gone and he has taken his pom pom's with him. Good luck KC Bwaaaahaaahaaaahaaaa.
