There is no plan nor protocol nor system as to throwing the flag, just a big dope reading emotionally. Every other NFL team has a coach in the box designated to let the HC know. Insteadn Big Dummy Rex looks at the Jumbotron and reacts like a fan. This is not getting overturned, but we'll waste a timeout. Lol wow he getting the electric chair for challenge!
