Getting redirected on my cell phone every time I try to reach the site

I've got an iphone5 and every time for the last 24 hours I've tried to reach the site on my cell, the second I get to the home page, I get redirected to a couple of different sites, intitally "redirect.com", the then goes to some shopping site for Old Navy and then it sends to me to an App "Hot Spot Shield VPN for Iphone".
