By that logic underdogs should usually win.

I just mean when a game is treated as an automatic win by a favored veteran team they typically arent up for the game and struggle to pull it out, where as if a team kicks your ass during the season and you play them again in the playoffs, fear of losing to them again has a tendency to help you prepare for the game correctly and the adrenalin at gametime helps you play your best game.

Thats why we need to draft Melvin Gordon

If he falls to the second, sure, but not sixth overall. I firmly believe Chris Ivory is one of the better backs in the league, but our team inexplicably refuses to give him a feature-back workload, which clearly hampers him.  How many times did we see him dominate teams like the Pats only for them to turn to CJ for whatever reason?  I would love Gordon or Gurley, but not with our first overall.

I watched the games that way for years.  Sometimes I preferred the Norwegian or Japanese feeds.  At least I couldn't understand what those morons were saying

The funny thing is that I tried muting it and bringing up American radio for their commentating, but the sites for that are banned because they "may contain pornography."

Is it like this for soccer too? The cut to the color guys before and after every single commercial break is excruciating.

Nah, but then they know if they screw around with the soccer coverage they'd be in deep s**t - with the NFL, it's more like "Meh, it's not all that important anyway".

One of the channels accidentally went to an ad break during a soccer game a few years ago - a goal was scored - and people at the tv station lost their jobs over it.

Last night was a joke, Sky managed to miss a sack on third down as they were on an ad break.

Commercials are called "ad breaks" in the uk?
