Anybody: Free to chip in by the way.

Here's Cimini's take on our RFA's:

The NFL's three-day negotiating window, the precursor to free agency, opened at noon. A quick refresher on where things stand with the New York Jets' top unrestricted free agents:

David Harris, linebacker -- He won't hit the market. The Jets locked him up with a three-year, $21.5 million contract. Harris was priority No. 1.

Bilal Powell, running back -- The Jets want to re-sign him. They see him as a player whose best football is ahead of him.

Kenrick Ellis, nose tackle -- They're interested in bringing him back in a backup role, but the former third-round pick wants to explore the market to see if he can find more playing time.

Willie Colon, guard -- They haven't shut the door on Colon, but he's a backburner priority.

Dawan Landry, safety -- See Colon.

Michael Vick, quarterback -- There's no interest in re-signing Vick. It'll be one-and-done.

Kyle Wilson, cornerback -- The Jets have big plans to revamp the secondary, but they don't include Wilson as of now.

The #Texans have agreed to terms on 5-year deal for OT Derek Newton, source says

One of the top prospective free agent right tackles is off the market.

The Cowboys have reached a three-year, $15 million contract with Doug Free, Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com reported Saturday morning.

The 31-year-old Free started all 11 games in which he played for Dallas in 2014. He has been a key piece of the club’s offensive line since 2009.

Free was PFT’s 67th-ranked free agent.

With Free back to Dallas, Houston’s Derek Newton and St. Louis’s Joe Barksdale are among two of the better right tackles slated to hit free agency.

Looks as Jerry Jones pulled it off... keeping Murray and Dez. Nicely done.

They'll end up getting the long term deal done with Dez. They also kept RT Doug Free(which I was bummed about)

Trying to figure out where AP lands. Cards maybe? Cowboys made too much sense but I guess Murray made a smart choice (if he returns).

Houston gave Derek Newton a 5-year, $26.5 million deal, including $10m gtd; 13.75M in first 2 and $17M in first 3.

Not bad for a 7th rd pick

Thanks Rex.... Scotty McKnight and Tahj Boyd.

Rex wasn't going to ruin the friendship between Scotty & Sanchez by not drafting him.
