Stop living in a dreamworld.

The Pats have kicked the Jets ass for well over a decade now.

It won't stop this year either.

Said the idiot who said the Jets would lose a draft pick for tampering. LOLOL

Since 2004, the Pats and Seahawks have played 4 times.

In those games, the Seahawks are 1-3 against the Pats.

That is quite some ownage.

No one cares about 2004, Since Russell WIlson has been in the league and has played the Patriots in the reg season they're undefeated.

that is ownage when you're dealing with a team that probably cheated in that game somehow.

Where is Patman to tell us all about how football psi works and how it is irrelevant now?

You mean the way he gave us all a physics lesson about how mentally challenged we all are to think anything could possibly be wrong?

Yeah,what happened to that guy?

Brady denied knowledge of any wrongdoing to league investigators, yet declined to provide those investigators with texts and emails related to the case. The report cites data retrieved from Jastremski's phone in describing a "material increase" in the communication between the staffer and the quarterback after the allegations of tampering became public on Jan. 19.

"After not communicating by telephone or text message for more than six months ... Brady and Jastremski spoke by telephone at least twice on January 19 (calls lasting a total of 25 minutes and 2 seconds), twice on January 20 (calls lasting a total of 9 minutes and 55 seconds) and twice on January 21 (calls lasting a total of 20 minutes and 52 seconds)," the report states, "before Jastremski surrendered his cell phone to the Patriots later that day for forensic imaging. ... Brady also took the unprecedented step of inviting Jastremski to the QB room (essentially Brady's office) in Gillette Stadium on January 19 for the first and only time that Jastremski can recall during his twenty-year career with the Patriots, and Brady sent Jastremski text messages seemingly designed to calm Jastremski ('You good Jonny boy?'; 'You doing good?')."

the situations aren't analogous - The Pats cheated - the Saints didn't...

But certainly you can see BB committed similar offenses as per the quote you used to declare BB innocence.

And the report did NOT exonerate BB - It simply didn't mention him - While it's unlikely he didn't know he was certainly part of a cover-up and didn't do anything to stop it once he knew about it (assuming he didn't know prior - which is highly unlikely)

Make all the excuses you want - the organization is corrupt from ownership to the Head coach to their QB all the way down to equipment managers...

It's a disgrace to the league and they should be punished severely.

So making under-the-table payments to players to willfully injure the opposition is not against NFL rules?  Gotcha.  I must have missed that.

Also, I must have been reading a different Wells Report from the one you read.  The one I read clearly said the following:

We do not believe that the evidence establishes that any other Patriots personnel participated in or had knowledge of the violation of the Playing Rules or the deliberate effort to circumvent the rules described in this Report. "In particular, we do not believe there was any wrongdoing or knowledge of wrongdoing by Patriots ownership, Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick or any other Patriots coach in the matters investigated.

Jastremski and McNally texted quite a bit about needles, and McNally seemed to be angrier at Brady than Rex Ryan's ever been. Except, of course, when the locker room attendant was apparently looking for autographed footballs, sneakers and cash for his services. On Jan. 10, 2015, in a meeting witnessed by Jastremski in the Patriots' equipment room before the playoff victory over the Baltimore Ravens, the report states McNally "received two footballs autographed by Brady and also had Brady autograph a game-worn Patriots jersey that McNally previously had obtained."

But when questioned, Brady claimed he didn't know Jim McNally from Jim McMahon. Maybe the quarterback's texts and emails would've told a different story about that.

So he didn't cooperate with the investigation?

Would it be unconstitutional to give him a year ban for doing that?

Tom Brady's jackass father claims his lying, douchebag, cheater of a son is being framed:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/06/tom-bradys-dad-declares-wells-report-framegate/I don’t have any doubt about my son’s integrity — not one bit,” Brady Sr. said. “In this country, you’re innocent until proven guilty. It just seems Tommy is now guilty until proven innocent. This thing is so convoluted. . . . They say that possibly — possibly — he was aware of this. The reality is if you can’t prove he did it, then he’s innocent, and lay off him. That’s the bottom line.”

Dude it's his dad! Lay off ya know.

The thing I find interesting about this - If this was a criminal court - this alone could be enough to get a jury to convict - beyond a reasonable doubt.  It's tough to look at this reasonably and not believe it was to cover up the deflation...

Bob Costas said on the national news tonight, if this happened to any of the other 31 teams, it would already swept under the rug.

Because of the Pats dominance well over a decade, it's the issue it is today.

Keep, stroking yourself this line of BS.

Costa said what? I,m betting you embellished it because if he said that he's as dumb as you are. Funny though, almost 70% of the country polled feel the Pats are cheaters and their SBs are tainted and you think it should be disregarded. But if one clown says this you'll run to the bank with it.

Sean Payton was suspended a year for something he had no part in. Belicheat was suspended how many games for cheating?

The GM in Atlanta, did he have anything to do with audio in the stadium? Was that swept under the rug? How about the GM in Cleveland, he made a friggen phone call.

Get over the "we're persecuted because we're good nonsense. It wasn't swept under the rug because it shouldn't be.

the NFL can't force you I guess.  If he had nothing to hide, he would have cooperated.  a 3 year old knows that

gooddell will give him 3 games is my guess.  but that just means we talk about it until then, and get to rub it in their faces, lol

If you actually read the report, you'll notice that the Pat organization did all in their power to control the process. the cover up was already in progress

bottom of pg 29 & 30;

We made written requests to counsel for the Patriots on February 28, March 2, 3, 9 and 17 for a follow-up interview with McNally. Counsel for the Patriots repeatedly refused to make McNally available for a re- interview claiming, among other things, that McNally lived more than an hour away and already had missed work at his full-time job to attend earlier interviews. In addition, counsel for the Patriots asked that we provide in advance the subjects we proposed to cover, submit written interrogatories, and stated that “you have given me very little incentive or basis to try to get him back once more.” As noted above, we offered to meet with McNally at any time and any location that was convenient and explained that it would not be appropriate from an investigative standpoint to disclose in advance the specific subjects we intended to cover. We cautioned counsel for the Patriots in writing that: the “refusal to make Mr. McNally available for a brief follow-up interview raises serious concerns and is inconsistent with the obligations of the Patriots under the League Rules to provide „full support and cooperation‟ in the investigation. We also believe it is inconsistent with the public expressions of cooperation by the Patriots.” Counsel for the Patriots continued to refuse to make McNally available as requested.

The security footage collected from inside Gillette Stadium proved helpful in establishing the timing of certain events on the day of the AFC Championship Game. Our ability to rely on this footage, however, was limited in a number of ways. First, because the footage was recorded by a camera that rotates among different angles, certain events were not recorded or were only partially captured on video. Second, the security cameras trained on the field were located at a distance that made it difficult to ascertain various events taking place on the field. Finally, Patriots personnel explained that the footage captured by security cameras in Gillette Stadium is overwritten every 10 days as a regular practice. We were, therefore, unable to review footage filmed during prior Patriots home games, which may have proved useful.

This idea that BB didn't know what is going on is PREPOSTEROUS!!  Even Pats articles going over the incident show that the Colts were the ones who brought this to the leagues attention during the season and does anyone believe for a moment that they failed to tell this to the Pats and kept this as a secret so that this could come out in a PLAYOFF GAME!!!

If that is what Goodell did then he should be immediately fired for Gross Incompetence!!

Here is the Article it is taken from the Pats Fan Site:

http://www.patsfans.com/ian/blog/2015/05/06/midseason-meeting-between-colts-patriots-sparked-this-mess-leading-up-to-afc-championship-game/

After the release of the Wells report on Wednesday, it’s now in writing that the Colts did, in fact, contact the league regarding their concerns about the air pressure as it related to the Patriots footballs.

According to the report, it was Colts General Manager Ryan Grigson who kicked this whole thing off, having sent an email to the league to raise their concerns about the air pressure of game balls used by the Patriots the day before the AFC Champiosnhip Game.

The report states that Grigson sent the email to David Gardi and Mike Kensil, who are each senior members of the NFL Football Operations Department were asked to keep an eye on the footballs.

“As far as the gameballs are concerned it is well known around the league that after the Patriots gameballs are checked by the officials and brought out for game usage the ballboys for the patriots will let out some air with a ball needle because their quarterback likes a smaller football so he can grip it better,” read the email.  “it would be great if someone would be able to check the air in the game balls as the game goes on so that they don’t get an illegal advantage.”

It apparently stemmed from their Week 11 battle against New England after Brady threw two interceptions, both of which, were handed to Brian Seabrooks, an Assistant Equipment Manager for the Colts.  After getting them in his possession, Seabrooks said they “appeared to be coated in a tacky substance and seemed spongy or soft when squeezed.”

Those two footballs apparently weren’t tested by officials at the time, but the Colts claim there was “unspecified chatter throughout the League that the Patriots prefer their footballs softer than other teams and that visiting teams should be on guard when playing at Gillette Stadium.”

So that’s apparently where the rumors and whispers started.

After this fiasco, one would have to think that the Colts shouldn’t feel too great when Brady and the Patriots visit on October 18th in a Sunday night, nationally televised contest later this year.  The best way to get even would be to blowout the team they’ve beaten handily recently.  That seems likely, since, including both the regular and postseason, New England has scored over 40 points in each of the last four games.

Following today’s news, that total may skyrocket.

Ah, more speculation and innuendo based on no facts whatever.

Suggests = Possibly?

= likely. Civil court not criminal court. Preponderance of evidence needed not beyond a reasonable doubt, shadow of a doubt or clear and convincing. The abnormal fumble rate is additional circumstantial evidence that just adds to the obvious. Four fkin' tainted championships! What a disgrace the Kraft and his band of cheaters are to the integrity of all professional sports.
