If so, Cleveland should package the 6, a mid to late round pick this year and next year's Round 1 for the Titan's #2 overall this year. And yet that's precisely what the Browns have reportedly offered the Titans for a 2, which does make sense. Why would they involve the Jets when they don't need to? They will hold Browns hostage and use the Skins trade for RGIII as reference for more picks to sweeten the deal. And given Cleveland's past and present desperateness, I see them giving up a king's ransom for Titan's #2. Just think, a play here, a play there and we'd be sitting at #2. They wouldn't make any crazy moves like that until they know for sure Tampa didn't draft their guy, their could already be a verbal deal in place for if and when their player falls to pick #2. The Redskins moved up before the draft because they wanted RG3 but they would have been even happier if Luck had fell to them. The Browns likely wouldn't want Winston if the Bucs took Mariota over him as Winston likely wouldn't be the greatest influence for their star players like Gordon and Manziel and vice versa.
