#27TheDominator
I don't think they are finding any TEs on someone's practice squad either. The Giants just had Chris Cooley in and are giving significant reps to Will Tye the UDFA TE from Stony Brook they cut in preseason.

Beerfish
Commenting on things that you have no idea about (as usual). This "incident" took place last year and the Jets have been well aware of it. They were well aware he was going to be suspended for 4 games for it? And since the 'incident" is well quoted by you care to fill us in on your inside knowledge oh seer or all? The guy committed obviously a stupid indiscretion, enough of one to get suspended for....check. The guy is a total jag who has done nothing to impress other than being last man standing becasue we have no one with size for that spot.....check The guy will be easily replaced in the scheme....check. I've seen him whiff on blocks. I think Kerley can do that just as well.

peekskill68
Cumberland can block as H-back for a few weeks. Wes Saxton and Davis can fill in at TE for Cumberland. No big loss here. Skrine playing vs. NE would be a lot more important than Enunwa not playing. I think Bohannon may also be a possible H-back substitute.

Both ex-Patriots... Jets RB Stevan Ridley (PUP, knee) is expected to don pads at practice this week. Coach Todd Bowles said Monday that Ridley could "maybe" play in Week 7 against the Patriots, although that still seems like a long shot. Either way, signs suggest Ridley has a realistic chance to play at some point this season. A one-trick-pony power runner, Ridley would be insurance for Chris Ivory. rick34125
Andy Lyons / Getty Images Sport / Getty Jets' Enunwa suspended 4 games for violating NFL's personal conduct policy Dan Wilkins Oct 19 2015, 03:27PM New York Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa has been suspended four games without pay for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, the league announced Monday. Enunwa was arrested for domestic violence simple assault last year, but the the charge was later dismissed provided that he comply with a 90-day no-contact order. "We support and respect the NFL's decision to suspend Quincy Enunwa," the team said in a release. "The New York Jets share the NFL's ongoing commitment to raising awareness of the frequency and impact of domestic and relationship violence, supporting survivors, and encouraging others to speak out and seek help." A sixth-round pick in this year's draft, Enunwa recorded eight catches for 94 yards while appearing in each of New York's first five regular-season games. He will be eligible to return for the Jets' Week 11 matchup with the Houston Texans after serving the four-game ban.

You cannot replace the Hback with 5'11" Kerley or flimsy Owosu... completely different position. Thank you! Im convinced 99% of this board doesnt actually watch football or even understand the game. Enunwa has been playing H-Back primarily, the role amaro was set to have. A majority of his snaps have been him blocking. Kerley is a small slot receiver. Hes not built to do enunwas job. It also should be noted enunwa is essentially a rookie some growing pains were expected,so a few drops is whatever. So people saying he should be gone and he sucks are just idiots. Probably the same people that were trashing pryor all last season calling him a bust.

joewilly12
Enunwa is a skilled blocker, a bigger-bodied receiver than Owusu or the Jets' other receivers, Jeremy Kerley and rookie Devin Smith. Kerley and/or Smith could see more action with Enunwa suspended, especially if Owusu remains sidelined. Enunwa played 49 of 67 snaps Sunday in the Jets' win over Washington. "He played tough," Bowles said of Enunwa's season so far. "But we've got some receivers, and we've got some different types of personnel packages." Through five games, Enunwa has eight catches, on 17 targets, for 94 yards and zero touchdowns. But his blocking skills will be much harder to replace than his limited pass-catching contributions. Gas2No99
You can't hide from the long arm of the NFL if an actual crime was committed. The precedent absurdly set here is that NOT being guilty of a crime that never even made it to trial over 13 months ago will cause you to lose one months pay out of the blue. BULLsh*t I SAY. League is a tyrannical joke.

Jetman55
Roto states that it stems from his domestic abuse arrest - which I believe he was acquitted of - from September 2014. translation: HEY SHELDON! you're gonna be docked some MORE games and paychecks in 2016. Leverage: Jets we play the Patriots this week. I expect the suspension for Richardson, effective immediately, comes Friday or Saturday once the game plan is complete, practiced, and fully implemented. Irish Jet
No to Vernon Davis. Just no. I think some adjustments have to be made to get Kerley on the field, I know I sound like a broken record but he's actually very suitable to the short passing offence while also offering something different. It must be something to do with his blocking because I just don't get at all why he's been essentially banished. He's not top level but he's a proven player and a solid 3rd option who should really have been looking to push on this season with Marshall's arrival. Kerley strikes ne as the kind of guy who'll somehow end up on the Patriots team in a few season or two and have a 1000 yard season.

No criminal nor civil penalty imposed by the Fed, State, or County for having an unsubstantiated allegation dismissed, but your livelihood is from now on compromised.
