Jetster
Too bad we didn't keep this guy ... Another misjudged mishandled roster move by boneheaded Rex. Cant believe the guys we kept over Woodhead! Ridiculous! Proves again that Rex doesn't know sh*t about offense.
Bocajetfan
Cant believe the guys we kept over Woodhead! Ridiculous! Proves again that Rex doesn't know sh*t about offense. It is more an indictment of the organization ( all organizations) not wanting to keep an undrafted free agent over a draft pick. Woodhead was a casualty of this type of thinking. Roster spots were limited at runningback he was odd man out. A Wayne Chrebet would never had made the team if there was more depth at wide receiver when he came on the scene
drdetroit
Reported ankle injury missing his third practice this week. Officially questionable for Sunday. Could Ridley fill his shoes if needed? no
drdetroit
Powell has been better than Ivory at every facet of the game these last 5 weeks. Ivory has been dancing far too much for a guy who thrives off hitting the hole hard. He needs to bring it regardless. He's playing for a contract. If he shows up small, he's probably done as a Jet. I wouldn't resign ivory. Powell maybe just because I will forever love him for helping us beat the Giants but we can draft rb's
drdetroit
Powell has been excellent with his limited reps but Ivory has improved his own catching abilities this year. I think we'll be ok without a backup RB to beat a sh*t Buffalo Blows team. If we can't, we don't deserve the playoffs anyways. just line up Ivory on downs 1-3. I don't understand why the NFL has gone away from that everyone wants the Peyton Maning or Tom Brady offense even when they don't have those qb's

JoJoTownsell1
Week 17, you are going to have some injuries. Hate to lose Powell, but if we are good enough to be a playoff team we should be able to win without Powell for 1 week. With that said, I REALLY hope he plays. greenwave81
Ridley sucks. Cut once the season ends for us. Please, Bilal, get well and play on Sunday. Not so sure...he is coming off an ACL injury, and has looked better as the season has progressed. Those ACl's take time to come back from... Have to disagree undrafted free agent get cut all the time when it is a close call vs a draft pick. In Chrebets case Jets were thin at recover and he got an opportunity to make the roster. With another team with more depth not sure he gets that chance. For him right place right time for Woodhead wrong place wrong time. Got released by Jets picked up by Pats. Did not mean to incinerate these players don't get a chance elsewhere just not with the original organizations
Jetsfan80
Jeeeezus we're still talking about Danny f*ckin Woodhead? Let it go people, he's a JAG who only has success playing with elite QBs. Meaning he'd have been worthless with Sanchez and Geno, then unceremoniously cut anyways.
jetscrazey
man if Powell doesn't play the Jets D is really going to have to step up and be dominant and hold Buffalo to 13 points or less. Given the wind conditions, Fitz won't be able to just rely on Marshall and Decker. This is the type of game where the ability to generate a turnover can make the difference. Hearing there are a lot of Jets fans going to the game though, which should help reduce the crowd noise and improve Fitz's ability to communicate pre-snap.
