Thai Jet Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 Tyler Higbee, a highly rated TE out of Western Kentucky, was arrested this morning and charged with 2nd degree assault, 2nd degree evading police and alcohol intoxication in a public place. The 6'6"" Higbee was the #76 ranked prospect by Rotoworld last week. He caught 48 passes for 563 yards despite missing 5 games do to injury last year. The NFL is moving more towards 2TE sets anyway, where one is a fluid pass catcher, and one is a stout blocker. A late round TE with WR skills and previous experience in a spread offense like Chan's could be just what the doc ordered. Maybe we can get him on a late round pick.
