Seems like all year, whether it's via flags or ineffectiveness running the ball.... Jets are constantly in 2nd and 3rd and longs. With our QB we just can't live like that. 2nd and short, 3rd and short and the offense moves... holding penalty and it's 2nd and 14... right there it's obvious drive was going to stall.

Yeah he has incentive clauses that bump it. Think his 2-year max was about $20M give or take, and year 1 was about $6M, so you do the math. Not really sure 100% how it breaks down because I'd already seen his 2016 $ can get bumped to $7.5M.

Defense is finally playing with some energy and emotion.

Opposing defenses must love playing against us. No concern for intermediate/deep passes.. stack the box, take away the run/underneath routes & watch Fitz force a 3rd down pass to Marshall
