Popular Post CrazyCarl40
That sucks for him not only this year but it sucks for his future as well because now he'll be searching for a job and rehabbing at the same time. You have to feel bad for the guy. I hope it's a quick healing process.

With the way the cowboys are playing and Dak has taken over Jerry Jones would do anything to make the playoffs, That dline needs an upgrade. We let petty rock until Romo is healthy go into the draft and if we're high enough leave with Fournette. Romo Fournette Forte Decker Marshall ASJ. Said it elsewhere, but that did nothing to make the ACL worse. I tore mine, rather horrible, a number of years back. I too could stand and walk no problem afterwards. What was done, was done when he was hit and his knee crumpled under him. The standing on the sideline played no part, it's irrelevant.

He's been practicing again for a couple of weeks, so you have to imagine they think he's ready. Geno's injury also pretty much guarantees that his practice reps will see a significant increase. So while Fitz will be the guy for now, Petty will certainly be the next man up if/when it comes to that.

I WOULD LOVE to face against Geno Smith in the AFC knowing not only would he give us a win if we faced him, but he'd probably tear down another AFC opponent at the same time. DOUBLE WIN! shuler82
Never wish injury on a player, but let's be honest- this is good news for this organization. There was no real reason for Geno to sniff the field for the Jets... and if Fitz hadn't imploded time and time again, Geno wouldn't have. He is a FA in 2017 and not part of Mac's plans. It's Petty time. Maybe not this week, but it's coming. And with 3 QBs, both Petty and Hack will start seeing additional reps. If Fitz goes back in and continues his bad play, it's finally time to see what the kids have. 4
